Abstract

DTLST (Integrated Circuits Layout Design) is an open-potential electro-semiconductor technology product developed to build creative industries by effectively protecting IPR as registration. Registration is presently not effectively used, with DTLST violations observed. This study examines the protective patterns of DTLST IPR in building creative industries in the 5.0 digitization industries in Indonesia. A normative juridical method was analytically used, with data collection techniques the literature study primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The results showed that Law no. 32 of 2000 concerning DTLST provided advantages for designers because registration was conducted without a market potential test and affected the legal certainty guarantee of the registrant. However, the arrangement did not accommodate substantive examination, priority rights, and protection of the privilege of owners in good faith. This indicated the necessity for improvement by considering the philosophical factors of justice, balance, and democratic-juridical values regarding the binding power of the regulatory and sociological substance via the living law of the designer. Based on the results, collaboration was needed with the DTLST Office, government, private sector, and universities concerning the use and management of DTLST to build creative industries in the Industries 5.0 era in Indonesia.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki kontribusi nyata dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi kota Bandung. Diperlukan penguatan kompetensi SDM UMKM dalam penggunaan teknologi digital sebagai upaya menumbuhkan technopreneurship, dalam menghadapi tuntutan daya saing global. Untuk mengembangkan kompetensi tersebut diperlukan keterampilan, keahlian, inovasi dan kreativitas dalam penggunaan platform digital marketing. Namun, pelaku UMKM di kota Bandung masih ada yang belum adaptif terhadap kompetensi tersebut. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat diharapkan memberi solusi terhadap permasalahan tersebut berupa kegiatan penyuluhan keterampilan penggunaan berbagai platform digital marketing dengan metode pemaparan, diskusi dan tanya jawab serta simulasi secara offline. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 14 Juli 2022. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, kegiatan berlangsung dengan baik dan materi pelatihan sesuai dengan kebutuhan kerja. Tindak lanjutnya adalah perlu program keberlanjutan dengan pendampingan dosen Program Magister Manajemen Pascasarjana Universitas Widyatama beserta Kadin Kota Bandung untuk membangun technopreneurship serta kebersamaan antar komunitas UMKM melalui media Forum Informasi/KomunikasiKata kunci: Digital Marketing, Penguatan, SDM, UMKM, Technopreneurship

Abstract

UMKM di Jawa Barat masih memiliki banyak keterbatasan, antara lain kurangnya permodalan untuk mengembangkan usaha, minimnya akses perijinan dan akses pemasaran produk, belum optimal dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi seperti e-commerce, serta kurangnya kemampuan para pelaku UMKM dalam manajemen bisnis skala UKM. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, tim pelaksana mengadakan kegiatan pelatihan dan penyuluhan yang terkait dengan tema “Digital Transformation Strategy Competencies Development to Create Sustainable Business for MSMEs in Bandung City”.Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang berupa pemaparan materi mengenai bisnis pasar global dilaksanakan pada 26 Oktober 2023. Sebanyak 42 mitra UMKM KADIN Kota Bandung yang menghadiri kegiatan ini memiliki usaha di bidang kuliner, fashion, jasa dan perdagangan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, kegiatan berjalan dengan baik dan materi pelatihan sesuai dengan kebutuhan kerja. Tindak lanjut dari kegiatan ini adalah diperlukannya program keberlanjutan dengan bantuan dosen Program Pascasarjana Magister Manajemen Universitas Widyatama dan KADIN Kota Bandung untuk membangun technopreneurship dan kebersamaan antar komunitas UMKM melalui Forum Informasi/ Komunikasi media.

Abstract

UMKM memiliki dampak yang cukup besar terhadap perekonomian Indonesia. Walaupun UMKM telah melakukan ekspor berbasis e-commerce, UMKM masih mengalami berbagai kendala akibat minimnya kompetensi SDM, yaitu belum dapat memasarkan produk dengan maksimal. Oleh karena itu, pemasaran produk saat ini merupakan kendala bagi pelaku usaha UMKM. Peningkatan kompetensi bagi para technopreneur UMKM Kota Bandung diperlukan agar memiliki keterampilan yang terhubung satu dengan lainnya untuk dilatih dan dikembangkan lebih lanjut sehingga mampu menghasilkan kinerja ekspor terbaik dalam mengelola usahanya berbasis e-commerce. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang berupa pemaparan materi mengenai bisnis pasar global dilaksanakan pada 29 Mei 2022. Sebanyak 40 mitra UMKM KADIN Kota Bandung yang menghadiri kegiatan ini memiliki usaha di bidang kuliner, fashion, jasa dan perdagangan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, kegiatan berjalan dengan baik dan materi pelatihan sesuai dengan kebutuhan kerja. Abstract

The Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector plays an important role in the national economy, especially in creating jobs and increasing people's income. Based on this, the implementing team held training and counseling activities related to the theme "Encouraging Mindset Changes and Digital Copyright Protection in Accelerating Digital Transformation to Make Bandung City MSMEs Move Up a Class". Community Service Activities in the form of presentations on global market business were held on July 31, 2024. A total of 15 MSME partners of the Bandung City Chamber of Commerce and Industry who attended this activity have businesses in the culinary, fashion, service and trade sectors. Based on the evaluation results, the activity went well and the training material was in accordance with work needs. The follow-up to this activity is the need for a sustainability program with the assistance of lecturers from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Widyatama University and the Bandung City Chamber of Commerce and Industry to encourage mindset changes and protection of digital copyright in facing digital transformation

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan mengenai tingkat kinerja pegawai serta menjadi dasar bagi Human Resource Development dalam merancang program pembinaan karyawan berbasis faktor kompetensi, komunikasi, dan motivasi. Temuan penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan umpan balik bagi peningkatan kinerja pegawai di lingkungan Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif verifikatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, serta studi kepustakaan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling, dengan pengumpulan data lapangan yang dilakukan pada tahun 2021. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis) untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel penelitian.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, komunikasi, dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Secara parsial, kompetensi memiliki pengaruh dominan dibandingkan dengan komunikasi dan motivasi dalam menentukan kinerja pegawai di Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung.

Abstract

Employee engagement has become a concern in a competitive world and is a very important issue for organizations. This study aims to determine the partial effect of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior on employee engagement at BPRS HIK Parahyangan Bandung. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey and questionnaire methods as data collection instruments. The sample of this study is a saturated sample consisting of 99 respondents. Data processing of the research results using SPSS version 26 using data analysis is carried out using linear regression techniques to assess the effect of independent variables on dependent variables. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership is partially included in the good category and has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, as well as job satisfaction is partially included in the good category and has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, and organizational citizenship behavior is also partially positive and significant effect on employee engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of psychological capital and perceived organizational support on employee performance at PTPN XXX. The results of the study indicate that employee psychological capital is in the good category, perceived organizational support is quite good, and employee performance is considered good by employees. Partially, psychological capital has a significant influence on employee performance. Likewise, perceived organizational support partially has a significant influence on employee performance. These findings confirm the importance of psychological capital and perceived organizational support in improving employee performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Purwadana Village, East Telukjambe District, Karawang Regency, to determine the influence of the village head's leadership style and work culture on the performance of village apparatus simultaneously and partially. The sample in this study is 76 village employees and Village Community Institutions (LKD) in the Purwadana village area. The data analysis techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression testing, determination coefficient test, F test and t test. The results in this study are as follows: 1) The Effect of the Influence of the Village Head's Leadership Style on the Performance of the Purwadana Village Apparatus, East Telukjambe District, Karawang Regency. A partial test (t-test) was carried out to prove hypocrisy The research on the influence of the village head's leadership style on the performance of the village apparatus of Purwadana, East Telukjambe district, Karawang Regency that the and also the sig were 0.001 0.05 so that it can be known that the influence is significant. Thus it can be taken that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is an influence of leadership style on the performance of the Purwadana village apparatus, East Telujkambe district, Karawang regency. 2) The influence of work culture on the performance of the village apparatus of Purwadana, East Telukjambe district, Karawang regency that the and also the sig is 0.000 0.05 so that it can be known that the influence is significant. Thus it can be taken that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is an influence of work culture on the performance of the Purwadana village apparatus, East Telukjanve district, Karawang regency. 3) The influence of the village head's leadership style and work culture on the performance of the Purwadana village apparatus, East Telukjambe district, Karawang regency. Thus it can be taken that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is an influence on the leadership style of the village head and work culture on the performance of the Purwadana village apparatus, East Telukjambe district, Karawang regency.
