Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk skincare. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa E-WOM tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sebaliknya citra merek memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya memperhatikan ulasan online untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu aktif mendengarkan umpan balik dari konsumen dan melakukan perbaikan berdasarkan masukan tersebut akan menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan menghargai kepuasan pelanggan. Melalui upaya- upaya tersebut, tidak hanya akan meningkatkan citra perusahaan namun juga dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, perusahaan dapat menyediakan layanan pelanggan atau customer care yang responsif melalui fitur chatting di Shopee dengan menjawab berbagai pertanyaan konsumen dengan fast respon, memberikan jaminan dan garansi apabila produk yang dijual tidak asli dan apabila terjadi kesalahan dalam pengiriman produk, memastikan barang yang dijual sesuai dengan deskripsi, serta menjamin produk sampai di tangan konsumen dengan aman. Temuan penelitian ini memperjelas bahwa untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian, perhatian yang seimbang terhadap E-WOM dan citra merek sangatlah penting.

Abstract

Objective – The purpose of this study is to examine how Point of Sales can support the marketing strategy of the Gudang Garam Strategic Partnership Program and Sampoerna Retail Community in Gresik Regency and its impact on sales. Design/methodology/approach – The method used is a descriptive qualitative method followed by observation and in-depth interviews as a representation of the qualitative approach. The informants are store managers totaling 36 stores. Findings – The results obtained by the study indicate that the implementation of Point of Sales in retail stores selling Gudang Garam and Sampoerna cigarettes has been proven to increase operational efficiency. Sales data obtained from Point of Sales shows a positive trend in sales of Gudang Garam and Sampoerna cigarettes. Decisions based on valid data tend to be more effective in achieving marketing goals and increasing sales. Point Of Sales data analysis also reveals consumer behavior patterns such as purchase frequency, most popular products, and purchase time. Research limitations/implications – This research was only conducted in Gresik with two cigarette companies as the object and each has a product item. As a recommendation, the author suggests further research in a different context of cigarette companies. The researcher also suggests that further research with research and development requires a rather long research time Practical implications – This research will encourage companies to pay more attention to Point of Sales in stores with complete sales data, and marketing activities will contribute to increasing sales. Originality/value – The originality lies in determining the model of the interviewees in one district by taking one shop in one sub-district and one cigarette company with a different brand.

Abstract

: this study aims to construct student research mapping in the science of zakat and waqf management at Sunan Ampel State Islamic University Surabaya. The construction of research maps is needed to prepare graduates who are visionary, contributive and competitive in the future. The research method is a case study. The variables used are research subjects, study topics and research places. The research subject is the final project of students in the Zakat and Waqf Management Study Programme at Sunan Ampel Surabaya State Islamic University in the span of 2015 to 2022. The results showed that the majority of research on zakat and waqf used qualitative research methods, the themes raised were related to amil zakat and nadzir wakaf. There are three influencing variables, namely: scientific inclination, liking logic and criticism, disliking statistical figures and being elastic.
