Abstract

The phenomenon of increasing numbers of elderly, disabled, and high-risk pilgrims poses new challenges for the organization of the Hajj in Indonesia. This situation requires a more adaptive and responsive fiqh approach to the physical and health limitations of pilgrims, as well as an inclusive Hajj service design. This study aims to explore the integration of classical and contemporary maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah in Hajj services for vulnerable groups, through an analysis of the thoughts of Ibn ‘Āshūr and Jasser Auda. The method used is qualitative with a library research approach, focusing on content analysis of the works of Ibn ‘Āshūr (Maqāṣid al-Syarī‘ah al-Islāmiyyah) and Jasser Auda (Maqasid al-Shariah as Philosophy of Islamic Law), as well as a synthesis of the two. This study found that Ibn ‘Āshūr’s version of maqāṣid emphasizes the importance of protecting human life and dignity (ḥifẓ al-nafs and karāmah), while Auda offers a multidimensional, systemic, and contextual approach to maqāṣid. The integration of the two provides a basis for the development of Hajj policies and services that are convenient, safe, and in accordance with the principles of Sharia. The research results confirm that maqāṣid-based Hajj services are not only legally valid but also part of contemporary ijtihad that emphasizes the values of rahmah, ease (taysīr), and spiritual justice. Thus, maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah can serve as a transformative paradigm in designing Hajj services that are friendly to the elderly, people with disabilities, and high-risk pilgrims.

Abstract

Metode pembelajaran merupakan alat untuk mencapai tujuan pengajaran yang ingin dicapai, sehingga semakin baik penggunaan metode pembelajaran semakin baik hasil yang diperoleh dalam proses belajar mengajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan pembelajaran GI dengan penggunaan HO, (2) untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa setelah menerapkan metode pembelajaran GI dengan penggunaan HO. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen. Subyek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas X TGB 1 dan X TGB 2 SMK Negeri 1 Mojokerto yang berjumlah 35 siswa pada masing-masing kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pengamatan dan tes hasil belajar. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar pengamatan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dan tes hasil belajar siswa. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah persentase dan uji t untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar yang disajikan dalam bentuk diagram. Hasil analisis penelitian menggunakan metode pembelajaran GI dengan penggunaan HO adalah: (1) hasil pengamatan terhadap keterlaksanaan proses pembelajaran tatap muka I menunjukkan kriteria baik dengan persentase 78,53%, tatap muka II menunjukkan kriteria baik dengan persentase 80,13%, tatap muka III menunjukkan kriteria sangat baik dengan persentase 84,94%, dan tatap muka IV menunjukkan kriteria sangat baik dengan persentase 88,14%, (2) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar yang signifikan pada hasil uji t antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. The purpose of this study are: (1) to determine the learning realized GI with used HO. (2) to determine student learning outcomes after applying the learning GI method with the use HO. This type of research is experimental research. Subject of research is the class X TGB 1 and X TGB 2 SMK Negeri 1 Mojokerto, amounting to 35 students in each class. Data collection techniques used are the test results of study and observation. The instruments used were observation sheet realized tests of learning and student learning outcomes. The analysis technique used is the percentage and t-test to determine differences in learning outcomes are presented in the form of a diagram. The results of the analysis teaching GI method with the use of HO is: (1) the observation of the learning process face to face I show good criteria with the percentage of 78.53%, face to face II showed good criteria with the percentage of 80.13%, face to face III indicate the criteria very well with a percentage of 84.94%, and face to face IV show the criteria very well with a percentage of 88.14%, (2) there is a significant difference in learning outcomes at t test between the experimental class and control class.
