Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has encouraged the public to actively share reviews through digital platforms such as Google Maps. These reviews are not only informative but also reflect real user opinions and experiences regarding places or institutions, including higher education institutions. This study aims to analyze the main topics and sentiment classification contained in Google Maps reviews related to Universitas Pamulang. The approach used in this research combines two main methods. First, topic modeling is conducted using BERTopic, a modern technique based on transformer embeddings and HDBSCAN clustering algorithms, which can capture the semantic context of text more deeply. Second, sentiment analysis is performed using a lexicon-based approach, applying an Indonesian sentiment lexicon to efficiently identify the polarity of opinions without requiring model training. The data analyzed were collected through web scraping of relevant public reviews on Google Maps across four Universitas Pamulang locations: Central Campus, Viktor Campus, Witanaharja Campus, and Unpam Serang. The analysis revealed several dominant topics such as academic services, campus facilities, and bureaucracy. The majority of sentiments identified were neutral to positive, although negative opinions were also found in certain aspects. These findings are expected to serve as strategic input for the university to enhance service quality and strengthen its institutional image in the digital landscape.

Abstract

Homecare services have become an important solution in providing health care at home, especially for patients who need long-term care or cannot access health facilities directly, such as the elderly, post-natal mothers and babies. However, challenges in schedule management and service efficiency often become obstacles in homecare service operations. This research aims to develop and implement a web-based homecare information system with a reservation feature to increase the efficiency of health services. The case study was conducted on Yunia Khomsati A.Md Keb., SKM., M.K.M, a public health master's graduate collaborating with her friend, the same graduate and her 2 nursing assistants who wanted to help the people around her who needed care at home. This system is designed to facilitate the process of homecare service facilities, managing schedules, home addresses of homecare providers, communication between patients and service providers if they want to be served at the patient's home. The implementation of this system will be able to expand information that it turns out that patients who need care services can do so at home, can make online reservations and know the rates for services provided by nurses. There are 2 types of services available in this homecare service, namely coming to the practice's home or a nurse coming to the patient's house. It is hoped that this research can find effective and practical solutions to increase the efficiency of technology-based homecare services.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve digital literacy and understanding of artificial intelligence technology among vocational high school students, particularly those majoring in Software and Game Development (PPLG). The rapid growth of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Computer Vision requires vocational students not only to become technology users but also to understand the concepts, working processes, and potential applications in industry. The activity was conducted at SMK Raflesia Depok on November 13 with 20 participants from the 12th-grade PPLG class. The program employed interactive lectures, hands-on demonstrations, an introduction to how Computer Vision works, and practical sessions using Google Teachable Machine to train image-based classification models without programming. The results show that students significantly improved their understanding of AI fundamentals, the workflow of Computer Vision, and its use in modern applications such as face recognition, augmented reality, and object detection. In addition, students were able to create simple classification models using images captured in real time. This activity had a positive impact on increasing student interest in AI and provided foundational knowledge aligned with the competency needs of the digital industry.
