Abstract

Meskipun saat ini Perum Damri adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang transportasi di Indonesia, namun perusahaan ini tetap berkomitmen untuk semaksimal mungkin memenuhi Kompensasi terhadap Prestasi Kerja karyawan/kru bus. Kompensasi adalah salah satu aktivitas penting dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia terutama dalam upaya dalam meningkatkan prestasi kerja karyawan dalam hal ini kru bus Damri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor kompensasi terhadap prestasi kerja kru bus Damri, apakah pemberian kompensasi berpengaruh segnifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada kru bus Damri Pamekasan. Data penelitian meliputi data primer, yang berasal dari data hasil kuisioner tentang kompensasi dan prestasi kerja karyawan/kru bus, serta data sekunder yang berasal dari perusahaan tempat penelitian dilaksanakan, yaitu berupa data kru bus, sejarah ringkas didirikan perusahaan, struktur organisasi serta aktivitas perusahaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuisioner dan wawancara. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh kru bus yang berjumlah 50 orang, dan karena jumlah populasi yang relatif kecil, maka penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan cara sensus, yakni seluruh populasi tersebut dijadikan sebagai sampel. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kompensasi kru bus pasa perusahaan Damri Pamekasan, pada umumnya adalah katagori baik, dan prestasi kerja yang dicapai kru bus juga baik.

Abstract

Prophetic communication, inspired by the example of Prophet Muhammad SAW, represents a multidimensional form of interaction that transcends eras and generations. It integrates moral, spiritual, and humanistic values within the process of conveying messages. This research explores the role of prophetic communication as practiced by the leader of TPA Anwar Rasyid, Yogyakarta, in shaping the ethics of students. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with the TPA director and direct observation of teaching and learning activities. The study focuses on how communication methods inspired by prophetic values influence students’ moral development and behavior both within and beyond the learning environment. The findings reveal that the director of TPA Anwar Rasyid consistently applies prophetic communication principles such as honesty, empathy, compassion, and patience, reflecting the communication ethics exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. This communication model emphasizes dialogical engagement, mutual respect, and moral instruction through personal example rather than verbal persuasion alone. Consequently, the learning environment at TPA Anwar Rasyid fosters students who are respectful, disciplined, and spiritually aware. The integration of prophetic communication within educational activities not only enhances academic outcomes but also strengthens students’ character and interpersonal ethics. Therefore, this study concludes that prophetic communication plays a crucial role in shaping ethical behavior, contributing to the success of TPA Anwar Rasyid as a model institution for Islamic moral education

Abstract

Gus Dur, a national figure, had thoughts were strategic but also ethical and aesthetic. The nine values of thought that are considered the legacy of Gus Dur's thoughts are one of the legacies of Gus Dur's character in terms of thinking for progress in the pluralism of the Indonesian nation. This thought was born from a long process of experience and life dynamics. Furthermore, these nine values have coherence or the same values as those taught by His Majesty the Prophet SAW, specifically about the values contained in prophetic communication, namely transcendence, humanization, and liberation. The research method used in this research is a literature study by exploring the nine values that Gus Dur thought of and seeing their coherence with the values exemplified by the Prophet in the prophetic communications he practiced. The results of this research show clear and deep coherence between Gus Dur's nine values of thought and the values contained in prophetic communication.Gus Dur sebagai tokoh bangsa memiliki pemikiran yang tidak hanya strategis, tapi juga etis dan estetis. Sembilan nilai pemikiran yang dianggap warisan pemikiran Gus Dur merupakan salah satu peninggalan ketokohan Gus Dur dalam hal pemikiran untuk kemajuan dalam kemajemukan Bangsa Indonesia. Pemikiran ini tentu lahir dari proses pengalaman dan dinamika kehidupan yang panjang. Lebih jauh, Sembilan nilai ini pada dasarnya memiliki koherensi atau kesamaan nilai dari yang pernah diajarkan Baginda Rasul SAW, secara khusus dalam kaitannya dengan nilai yang terkandung dalam komunikasi profetik yaitu transendensi, humanisasi dan liberasi. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan dengan mengulik Sembilan nilai yang menjadi pemikiran Gus Dur dan melihat koherensinya dengan nilai yang dicontohkan baginda Rasul dalam komunikasi kenabian yang dipraktikkannya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat koherensi yang jelas dan mendalam antara Sembilan nilai pemikiran Gus Dur dan nilai yang ada di dalam komunikasi profetik.
