Abstract

In today's era of digital transformation, the government, particularly Kelurahan Keputih, is aware of the community's need for information regarding the management of kependudukan and non-kependudukan documents. Given their busy lifestyles, residents require a medium to access information related to these matters. This service information is needed to improve bureaucratic efficiency, accelerate information access, and reduce the burden of manual administrative work. Therefore, researchers have developed an AI-based Intelligent Chatbot application using Large Language Modeling (LLM) technology to assist both employees and residents of Kelurahan Keputih in obtaining information related to the management of kependudukan and non-kependudukan services. The implementation of this Chatbot utilizes the Hugging Face library and the LangChain model, one of the Llama models developed by Meta. This Kelurahan Keputih Service Information Chatbot application is named "BambuBot". This application benefits the residents of Keputih by providing them with interactive, comprehensive, and easily accessible information regarding services for managing kependudukan and non-kependudukan documents, as well as platforms for processing these documents.

Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi digital menuntut kemampuan guru untuk dapat mengintegrasikan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi ke dalam pembelajaran yang kontekstual dan relevan dengan budaya lokal. Namun, guru dan calon guru pendidikan anak usia dini di Nimbokrang, Kabupaten Jayapura, masih menghadapi keterbatasan kompetensi teknologi, rendahnya kemampuan mengintegrasikan budaya lokal ke dalam materi ajar, serta minimnya pendampingan praktik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan calon guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk merancang pembelajaran berbasis budaya lokal. Mitra kegiatan adalah guru dan calon guru pendidikan anak usia dini di wilayah Nimbokrang dengan jumlah peserta 16 orang. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan berbasis praktik, workshop pengembangan materi, pendampingan, serta evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test disertai refleksi bersama. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada seluruh indikator, yaitu pemahaman teknologi, kemampuan integrasi budaya lokal, penggunaan teknologi untuk evaluasi pembelajaran, pengembangan materi kontekstual, peningkatan rasa percaya diri, dan komitmen penggunaan teknologi secara berkelanjutan. Seluruh peserta mencapai kategori sangat baik pada aspek kompetensi dan menunjukkan kesiapan menerapkan hasil pelatihan di lembaga masing-masing. Kata kunci: pendidikan anak usia dini; teknologi informasi dan komunikasi; budaya lokal; pelatihan guru; pembelajaran kontekstual. Abstract The development of digital technology demands that teachers integrate information and communication technology into contextual and culturally relevant learning. However, early childhood teachers and teacher candidates in Nimbokrang, Jayapura Regency, still face limited technological competency, low ability to integrate lokal culture into open materials, and minimal practical mentoring. This community service activity aims to improve the competency of teachers and teacher candidates in utilizing information and communication technology to design lokal culture-based learning. The activity partners are early childhood teachers and teacher candidates in the Nimbokrang area with 16 participants. The implementation method includes needs analysis, practice-based training, material development workshops, mentoring, and evaluation through pre- and post-tests accompanied by joint reflection. The activity results showed significant improvements in all indicators, namely understanding technology, the ability to integrate lokal culture, the use of technology for learning evaluation, the development of contextual materials, increased self-confidence, and commitment to the sustainable use of technology. All participants achieved the very good category in the competency aspect and demonstrated readiness to apply the training results in their respective institutions. Keywords: early childhood education; information and communication technology; lokal culture; teacher training; contextual learning
