Abstract

Introduction: Childbirth has a negative impact on the mother and fetus if it is accompanied by complications or problems during pregnancy such as labor with anemia. Anemia can result in prolonged labor in stage I and II which makes the mother lose energy leading to surgery. In addition, anemia also causes retained placenta, secondary postpartum hemorrhage and uterine atony in stage III to stage IV. The aim of implementing Intranatal Midwifery Care Management for Mrs “H” with Moderate Anemia at Hative Passo Hospital in 2020 according to the 7 Steps of Varney and SOAP. Method: case study with Midwifery Management approach according to Varney’s 7 Steps Results: Based on the 7 steps of Varney and SOAP used for the midwifery problem solving process, an assessment has been carried out in the form of monitoring and analyzing data on Mrs. “H” with moderate anemia in labor at Hative Passo Hospital in 2020, the process of labor in stages I to IV took place normally, without complications, the baby was born spontaneously with female sex, the placenta was born with the impression of a complete birth and all the findings and actions that had been carried out on Mrs. “H” were documented with the result that there was no gap between theory and mild cases accompanied by LBW. Conclusion : Management of Midwifery Management in Ny. H with moderate anemia cases have been carried out according to Varney’s 7 Steps and currently the mother is in good condition without postpartum bleeding

Abstract

Introduction: Child health in rural areas is an issue that requires serious attention, especially with low immunisation coverage, the high risk of stunting related to maternal education levels and family income, and village government efforts that need to be improved in implementing the Healthy Village Program. Through an in-depth understanding of children’s problems, concrete steps can be taken to improve the welfare of the next generation in rural communities. Methods: The method used in this study was literature review. The articles collected were qualitative and quantitative articles on the review of low immunisation coverage, stunting and the impact of village programs on children’s health. Results: Low immunisation coverage and family planning participation, family income has a 5 times higher risk of stunting and evaluation of the healthy village program is sufficient. Conclusion: Significant health challenges especially in Maternal and Child Health (MCH) programmes require increased preventive efforts, the importance of a holistic approach to and improvements need to continue.

Abstract

Introduction: Village health is an integral benchmark that includes knowledge, performance, health promotion, and community participation in an effort to organise competitive and sustainable health services at the local level. An in-depth understanding of the aspects of village health will lead to improved community wellbeing. Methods: The method used in this study was literature review. Results: The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of pocket book provision on knowledge, knowledge does not significantly affect the performance of village midwives while Job description has a very significant effect on midwife performance, there is a relationship between predisposing, enabling, reinforcing factors with the implementation of the Maternal and Child Health Promotion Programme (MCH). Then the use of Community-Sourced Health Efforts (UKBM) has various reasons with the dominant not needing. Furthermore, the implementation of the Village Health Forum (FKD) in Gulon Village has not been sufficiently supportive of the “Active Alert Village” development programme due to a lack of required resources and poor FKD management. Conclusion: The 5 aspects of village health that are influential are the pocket book, job description, knowledge factors, health facilities and personnel in improving community health welfare

Abstract

Background: Caesarean section is a filling surgery with a cut in the abdominal chamber and a cut of the uterine base to retrieve the embryo in the womb. Cesarean section is performed if vaginal birth does not strengthen and delaying birth can endanger the mother and child. Sexual function is the level or degree of the overall normal sexual response cycle. Sexual function is relevant to aspects of sexual response in humans. Abnormal sexual response is a disorder of sexual function. Sexual function can be used to examine human sexuality in clinical contests. Method: The purpose of  this study was to analyze the effect of cesarean delivery on sexual function in maternity mothers at Al-Fatah General Hospital Ambon. The research method used is an analytical survey design with a cross sectional design. The population is all maternity mothers at Al-Fatah General Hospital Ambon which amounts to 100 people. Sampling using purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 32 people. Results: The results of the study obtained mothers who had good sexual function amounted to  28 people (93.3%) and mothers who had poor sexual function amounted to 2 people (6.7%). Evidenced by the results of the independent t test, the sig value is obtained. (2-tailed) : 0.000 (α < 0.05) which means that there is an effect of cesarean delivery on sexual function in maternity mothers at Al-Fatah General Hospital Ambon. Conclusion: The conclusion of the results of the study was obtained that there was a significant influence between cesarean delivery on sexual function in maternity mothers at Al-Fatah General Hospital Ambon with sig values.
