Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of finding out how the arrangement of office space owned in the employee room can affect performance, the extensive work experience of each employee can help improve performance and good teamwork in working can affect the performance of educators and education personnel at SMP Katolik Santo Paulus Singaraja. The analysis technique in the study by knowing the value of each research instrument, be it validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, model feasibility test (Goodness Of Fit), hypothesis test. The research that has been conducted shows the impact of good office space arrangement is able to change employee habits in working, office layout has a positive impact and shows significant results on performance, from good office space arrangement will certainly greatly help employees in maximizing performance. The extensive work experience obtained from employee habits working in the agency from this has an influence on the performance results of each individual working at SMP Katolik Santo Paulus Singaraja, work experience has a positive influence and has a significant impact on the performance produced by employees, from the results of the study it can be said that the extensive work experience of each employee can affect their performance. Teamwork from each employee or individual in working has a positive impact on the results of employee work, good teamwork can certainly affect the performance of an employee who works at SMP Katolik Santo Paulus Singaraja, based on this, it can certainly be said that the better the cooperation carried out in working, the more it can help speed up the completion of the work .

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pemasaran yang telah dilakukan oleh pengelola Villa Bunga Nirwana, kendala yang dihadapi dalam memasarkan usaha Villa dalam situasi pandemi Covid-19, dan solusi kendala dalam pemasaran usaha Villa di menghadapi pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Villa Bunga Nirwana yang terletak di Banjar Dinas Carik Agung, Desa Lokapaksa, Kecamatan Seririt, Kabupaten Buleleng, Bali. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik Villa, staf pemasaran dan pengunjung Villa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mereduksi data, menyajikan data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Villa Bunga Nirwana telah menerapkan bauran pemasaran dalam strategi pemasarannya yaitu produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi, (2) kendala yang dihadapi Villa Bunga Nirwana dalam situasi pandemi Covid-19 yaitu tidak adanya tamu yang menginap di Villa. dan menyebabkan pendapatan Villa mengalami penurunan yang signifikan, dan (3) solusi yang dapat dilakukan dengan inovasi dan adaptasi untuk bertahan dalam situasi saat ini.

Abstract

Small, medium, and micro businesses are among the most pursued businesses by some people because they have the potential to meet their living needs. Additionally, micro, small, and medium-sized businesses play a significant part increating jobs, helping to increase people's income through various economic activities ranging from trade to the creative industry. Behind the high interest in doing this business, there are still business actors who experience obstacles in managing their businesses where this is closely related to business financial management. The purpose of this study was to determine whether monetary technology, financial literacy and financial attitudes affect the financial management of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Buleleng District. All of the participants in this study were micro, small, and medium-sized businesses in Buleleng District using 99 samples taken use the Slovin. The method a questionnaire was utilized to gather data for this investigation. Which was evaluated on a Likert scale from 1 to 5. This study use a SEM PLS data analysis technique version 4.0
