Abstract

This Study aimed to determine the role of perceived organizational support mediation on the effect of self efficacy on omployee green behavior (study on employees of PT Massindo Solaris Nusantara). This study used 70 sampels equal to the population (total sampling) taken using non probability sampling techniques. The data in this study were collected through a questionary and studied through path analysis assisted by the SPSS 22 application. Based on the analysis, self efficacy had a positive and signifcant effect on employee green behavior and perceived organizational support. Meanwhile, perceived organizational support had a positive and significant effect on employee green behavior and acted as a partial mediator on self efficacy and employee green behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to find out: 1) How the influence of work environment on employee performance at PT ARBA Group Gorontalo, 2) How the influence of work discipline on employee performance at PT ARBA Group Gorontalo, and 3) How the influence of work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT ARBA Group Gorontalo. With 35 respondents determined using saturated sampling method. The approach in this study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire). Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that: 1) Partially, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with t count> t table, namely 2.718> 2.036. 2) Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with t count> t table, namely 4,770> 2,036 and 3) Simultaneously the work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. ARBA Group Gorontalo with f count> f table, namely 38,140> 3,284. With a coefficient determination value of work environment and work discipline of 0.686 or 68.8% strong effect on employee performance at PT. ARBA Group Gorontalo. While 0.314 or 31.4% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study.

Abstract

Based on the results of the analysis, the results of this study are either partially or simultaneously the variables of experience and work skills are proven to have an influence on career development at the Office of Education and Culture of Gorontalo Province. Partially, work experience has a positive and significant effect on career development, this is based on the results of the Work Experience Variable t test = t count 2.835> t table 1.976 and a significance value of 0.005 < 0.05. This shows that if employees have good work experience, employees will have a good opportunity to develop careers. The work skills variable has a positive and significant effect on career development. Based on the results of the X2 t test = t count 2.642> t table 1.976 and a significance value of 0.009 <0.05. Work skills have a positive and significant effect on career development. So that if work skills increase, career development opportunities will increase.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture on Development mediated by Self Efficacy (Study of Employees of the Gorontalo Ministry of Law and Human Rights Regional Office). The sampling technique uses nonprobability sampling with the technique taken, namely saturated sampling. The saturated sampling technique means that all members of the population are sampled, so that the sample used in this research is 121 employees. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The analytical test tool used to test this research is path analysis. The data analysis method uses the SPSS 27 application.. Based on the path analysis test, the results of this research show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on career development, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on career development, self-efficacy acts as a partial mediation between the relationship between organizational culture and employee career development. In this research, it is explained that the Career Development variable is 77.4% while the remaining 22.6% is influenced by other variables which were not researched and explained in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of human resource management and knowledge management on non-financial performance at PT. Bank SulutGo Gorontalo Branch. The research applies total sampling involving 43 respondents.The data collection technique employed in the research is questionnaires distributed to all employees at PT. Bank SulutGo Branch. The analytical tool used to test this research is Multiple Linier Regression with analysis aided by Statistical Program for Social Science ( SPSS) Version 26. The result indicate that, partially, human resource management significant influence on non-financial performance. Simultaneously, both human resource management and knowledge management significantly influence non-financial performance at PT. Bank SulutGo Gorontalo Branch.
