Abstract

This study aims (1) to describe the role of teachers in developing students' disciplined character through the Child-Friendly School approach in class IV of SDN Bahagia 05, Bekasi Regency. (2) To describe the obstacles faced by teachers in developing disciplined character through Child-Friendly School at SDN Bahagia 05, Bekasi Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The methods used in data analysis are data collection, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The conclusion of this study is that there are four roles of teachers in developing disciplined attitudes through Child-Friendly School at SDN Bahagia 04 referring to the Teachers and Lecturers Law, namely: teachers as educators, teachers as trainers, teachers as discipline developers, and teachers as mentors. There are three factors that hinder teachers in developing disciplined character through Child-Friendly School at SDN Bahagia, namely: limited number of teachers, negative influence of peer relationships, and family factors.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the impact of the online game Roblox onthe learning motivation of elementary school students. The focus of the study isdirected at changes in learning behavior, consistency of learning enthusiasm, andthe responses of students, teachers, and parents to the habit of playing onlinegames. This study was conducted at SD Negeri Setia Darma 04 using a qualitativeapproach and case study method. Data were obtained through in-depth interviewswith informants consisting of class teachers, parents of students, and fourth gradestudents who actively play Roblox. This study is based on the researchersconcern because of the rampant children playing online games around theresearchers residence. This study aims to determine the impact of the onlinegame Roblox on the learning motivation of students at SD Negeri Setia Darma 04.

Abstract

Pada observasi yang sudah dilakukan oleh peneliti, peneliti memilih permasalahan tentang kesulitan menulis permulaan padasiswa kelas IIIC di SDN Harapan Baru II, menulis permulaan dianggap akan menjadi dasar dalam peningkatan dan pengembangan kemampuan siswa pada jenjang selanjutnya, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tau kesulitan yang dialami siswa dan mencari tau faktor faktor penyebab siswa mengalami kesulitan menulis permulan. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini dalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dimana peneliti ingin mengetahui kesulitan menulis yang ada pada siswa kelas III C dan peneliti ingin mengetahui faktor yang menyebabkan kesulitan dalam menulis. Penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk melihat faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan kesulitan menulis permulaan sehingga guru dapat melihat apa saja kesulitan yang dialami siswa dan memperbaiki hasil tulisan siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of facilities and infrastructure in child-friendly schools at SDN Bekasi Jaya I Bekasi City and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors from the fulfillment and utilization of facilities and infrastructure in the implementation of facilities and infrastructure in child-friendly schools at SDN Bekasi Jaya I Bekasi City. This research uses a type of qualitative research with a case study approach, this data collection technique uses interviews, observation and documentation, data sources in the study are obtained from primary and secondary data. The results of this study are (1) Utilization of child-friendly school infrastructure in supporting learning at SDN Bekasi Jaya I, namely by utilizing the classroom by arranging it as well as possible so that learning becomes fun, (2) utilization of the library space as a learning resource is also utilized by lending books to students according to their needs and then recorded and returned with a certain time limit. (3) the utilization of the uks room as a place of first aid for students is to take them to the uks room and then given medicine. While the supporting factors for facilities and infrastructure are cooperation with other parties, both internal and external parties, while the inhibiting factors for the fulfillment and utilization of infrastructure facilities are the lack of support by parents of students and limited human resources.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the urgency of library management in increasing students' reading interest at SDN Malaka Sari 03, East Jakarta. The background of this study is the low literacy culture in Indonesia, one of which can be addressed through optimizing the role of school libraries. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that library management at SDN Malaka Sari 03 has been running well through effective planning, organization, implementation, and supervision. The strategies implemented include scheduling library visits, routine literacy activities, providing relevant book collections, and utilizing technology through the procurement of digital books. In addition, collaboration between librarians, teachers, and students also contributes to creating a comfortable and supportive library atmosphere. However, challenges remain, such as limited library collections and the need to improve infrastructure. In general, good library management has been proven to increase students' reading interest and strengthen literacy culture in elementary schools.
