Abstract

Selim Elektro is a company engaged in the manufacturing of household electronic appliances. The attendance and payroll systems at the company are still carried out manually. Each employee is required to sign daily attendance and overtime forms, which are previously distributed by the admin to the heads of each division. These forms are then collected daily by the division heads and submitted to the attendance administrator for manual entry into Microsoft Excel. With a large number of employees, this manual method has become inefficient in managing human resources. This condition often leads to errors in salary or wage distribution due to the vulnerability of the manual attendance system to recording mistakes and human error. Based on these issues, the author designed a web-based attendance and payroll information system using a localhost environment, which allows the attendance process to run automatically and have data integrated directly into the system. The web-based system was developed using a Lenovo ThinkPad laptop with an 8th-generation Intel Core i5 processor, supported by software tools such as Sublime Text and XAMPP, and utilizing the PHP programming language. The development of this system is expected to support the HR team's efficiency in managing employee attendance and payroll. Additionally, the system also provides convenience for employees to access information related to their attendance and salaries over a specific period.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has transformed the banking industry, particularly through the emergence of mobile banking services that enable users to conduct financial transactions more efficiently and conveniently. As competition among digital banking platforms intensifies, understanding the factors that influence customer loyalty has become increasingly important. This study aims to examine the influence of digital happiness, ease of access, transaction security, and feature innovation on digital loyalty among mobile banking users. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected from 412 mobile banking users through structured questionnaires. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to examine the relationships between the independent variables and digital loyalty. The results show that digital happiness, ease of access, transaction security, and feature innovation have positive and significant effects on digital loyalty. These findings suggest that both emotional factors (digital happiness) and functional factors (ease of access, security, and innovation) play important roles in enhancing digital loyalty. Therefore, banking institutions should focus on improving user experience, strengthening transaction security, and continuously developing innovative features to maintain long-term relationships with customers in the digital banking environment.

Abstract

Interoperability between Optical Line Terminals (OLTs) and Optical Network Terminals (ONTs) is an important aspect of GPON-based Fiber to the Home (FTTH) deployments in multi-vendor environments. Although the ITU-T G.984 standard defines an interoperability framework, variations in OMCI implementation and device management mechanisms across vendors may still affect service performance. This study aims to evaluate the interoperability of a Vendor A ONT with four OLT platforms through OMCI registration testing, Layer-2 configuration, ACS activation, and verification of data, voice, and video services. The test results show that all evaluation stages were successfully completed with a 100% success rate across all OLT platforms, and that service performance remained stable without significant degradation. These findings confirm that the Vendor A ONT complies with the ITU-T G.984 standard and can be reliably deployed in multi-vendor GPON networks.

Abstract

Digital business ecosystems have transformed how technology-based firms create sustainable value by encouraging collaboration among multiple stakeholders through digital platforms. However, the mechanisms through which multi-stakeholder strategies contribute to sustainable value creation remain insufficiently understood. This study aims to examine the influence of multi-stakeholder strategy on sustainable value creation by investigating the mediating role of digital platform capability, the moderating role of ecosystem governance, and the direct effect of technological capability. A quantitative research approach was employed using a cross-sectional survey of 210 managers and senior employees from technology-based firms. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that a multi-stakeholder strategy has a positive and significant effect on sustainable value creation. Digital platform capability significantly mediates this relationship, while ecosystem governance strengthens the effect of multi-stakeholder strategy on sustainable value creation. Technological capability also has a significant positive influence on sustainable value creation. These findings suggest that sustainable value creation in digital business ecosystems depends not only on stakeholder collaboration but also on digital platform capability, effective ecosystem governance, and strong technological capability, providing both theoretical and managerial insights for technology-based firms.
