Abstract

Breastfeeding is a natural way to provide food and drink in early life for babies. During breastfeeding, the nutritional needs of the mother need to be considered because the mother must not only meet her own needs but also produce breast milk (ASI) for her baby. Meeting the nutritional needs of breastfeeding mothers is a balanced menu arrangement consisting of energy, protein, fat, vitamins, and minerals. Smooth Breast Milk (ASI) is a lot of breast milk and seeps out through the nipples, before being fed the breasts feel tense. Satisfying breast milk according to age will increase the baby's weight and make the baby sleep peacefully. This health education is held to provide knowledge about good nutrition for breastfeeding mothers to facilitate breastfeeding and growth and development of babies. The method used in this counseling is a lecture by delivering material about the fulfillment of nutrition in breastfeeding mothers. Respondents have understood what has been conveyed and respondents are able to repeat what the communicator said. Fulfillment of good nutrition for breastfeeding mothers can facilitate breastfeeding.

Abstract

Teknologi yang semakin berkembang pesat membuat penyedia layanan internet seperti AXIS menyediakan aplikasi bernama AXISnet yang menjanjikan kemudahan bagi para konsumennya untuk melakukan transaksi pembelian pulsa, kuota internet, dan layanan lainnya. Tentu saja, pelanggan AXIS akan merasakan kemudahan dalam bertransaksi dengan menggunakan aplikasi layanan resmi AXIS tersebut. Ulasan pengguna memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam mengarahkan upaya pengembangan untuk meningkatkan performa aplikasi. Melakukan analisis sentimen terhadap sebuah aplikasi merupakan salah satu teknik untuk menilai keberhasilannya. AXISnet merupakan salah satu aplikasi dengan tingkat penggunaan dan jumlah unduhan yang tinggi di google play. Dengan begitu, terdapat banyak ulasan yang tidak terorganisir di Google Play dan menghasilkan jumlah data sentimen yang sangat besar dan rumit. Namun demikian, memproses data ulasan dalam jumlah yang sangat besar secara manual akan menjadi sebuah tantangan. Dengan menggunakan teknik web scraping untuk mengambil data, penelitian ini bermaksud untuk meneliti sentimen pengguna aplikasi AXISnet di Google Play. Data yang telah terkumpul dari bulan bulan Mei hingga Agustus 2023 akan digunakan sebagai sumber data. Data yang digunakan adalah 1000 ulasan aplikasi AXISnet, dengan 122 sentimen positif dan 878 negatif. Hasil klasifikasi sentimen menggunakan algoritma Naive Bayes dengan menggunakan split data 9:1, didapatkan hasil accuracy 96.24% precision 99.88% dan recall sebesar 92.60%.

Abstract

Selim Elektro is a company engaged in the manufacturing of household electronic appliances. The attendance and payroll systems at the company are still carried out manually. Each employee is required to sign daily attendance and overtime forms, which are previously distributed by the admin to the heads of each division. These forms are then collected daily by the division heads and submitted to the attendance administrator for manual entry into Microsoft Excel. With a large number of employees, this manual method has become inefficient in managing human resources. This condition often leads to errors in salary or wage distribution due to the vulnerability of the manual attendance system to recording mistakes and human error. Based on these issues, the author designed a web-based attendance and payroll information system using a localhost environment, which allows the attendance process to run automatically and have data integrated directly into the system. The web-based system was developed using a Lenovo ThinkPad laptop with an 8th-generation Intel Core i5 processor, supported by software tools such as Sublime Text and XAMPP, and utilizing the PHP programming language. The development of this system is expected to support the HR team's efficiency in managing employee attendance and payroll. Additionally, the system also provides convenience for employees to access information related to their attendance and salaries over a specific period.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the limited research on reading difficulties among elementary school students, despite the fact that such issues significantly impact academic achievement and literacy development. The aim of this study is to analyze the various obstacles affecting the reading ability of fifth-grade students at SDN Pacarkembang 1/192. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, with a sample consisting of the principal, classroom teacher, and students selected through purposive sampling based on their direct involvement in the learning process. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed thematically. The results reveal that students’ reading difficulties include low reading interest, slow reading speed, difficulty identifying main ideas and key information, and trouble maintaining focus when reading long texts. Contributing factors are categorized into internal factors, such as lack of reading awareness and low learning motivation, and external factors, such as limited family support and the absence of a literacy culture at home. These findings emphasize the importance of the environment in literacy development and support theories that view literacy as a product of individual interaction with social context. The main conclusion of this study is that reading comprehension ability is influenced by a combination of individual and social environmental factors. The implications include theoretical contributions to the literature on basic literacy and practical recommendations for teachers to adopt more engaging instructional strategies, and for parents to create a home environment that supports reading activities. This study also opens opportunities for further research on effective interventions to increase students’ reading interest and habits.
