Abstrak Program edukatif dan partisipatif PELUK REMATRI MAPAN SEDIA di RT 01–03 Desa Keliling Benteng Ilir terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan motivasi remaja putri dalam pencegahan anemia melalui konsumsi Tablet Tambah Darah (TTD). Peningkatan soft skill seperti kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan motivasi, serta hard skill berupa pemahaman anemia dan manfaat TTD diperkirakan meningkat hingga 70–80%, dengan peningkatan jumlah remaja yang rutin mengonsumsi TTD dari 4 menjadi 12 orang. Keberhasilan ini didukung oleh keterlibatan kader sebaya sebagai agen perubahan dan pemantauan berkelanjutan dari kader. Ke depan, program ini direkomendasikan untuk direplikasi di wilayah lain dengan karakteristik serupa dan prevalensi anemia tinggi. Perlu dilakukan penelitian lanjutan untuk menilai dampak jangka panjang terhadap perubahan perilaku, serta pengembangan pengabdian berbasis digital dengan memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana edukasi berkelanjutan. Kolaborasi lintas sektor, termasuk peran sekolah, keluarga, dan tokoh masyarakat, juga perlu diperkuat untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan efektivitas program dalam jangka panjang. Kata kunci: pengabdian; TTD; remaja; gizi Abstract The educational and participatory program PELUK REMATRI MAPAN SEDIA in RT 01–03, Keliling Benteng Ilir Village, has proven effective in increasing knowledge and motivation among adolescent girls in preventing anemia through the consumption of iron supplementation tablets (TTD). Improvements in soft skills such as leadership, communication, and motivation, as well as hard skills related to anemia awareness and the benefits of TTD, are estimated to have increased by 70–80%, with the number of girls routinely taking TTD rising from 4 to 12 individuals. This success was supported by the involvement of peer educators as change agents and consistent monitoring by trained youth cadres. Going forward, the program is recommended to be replicated in other areas with similar characteristics and high anemia prevalence. Further research is needed to assess the long-term impact on behavior change, along with the development of community service initiatives using digital platforms and social media as tools for continuous health education. Cross-sector collaboration including schools, families, and community leaders should also be strengthened to ensure the program’s sustainability and long-term effectiveness.
