Abstract

This research examines the relationship between sustainable development practices in educational institutions and their impact on student welfare. Using a qualitative approach through interviews and observations in five secondary schools, this study identifies that the implementation of sustainable principles in school design, curriculum, and daily operations correlates positively with improved physical and mental well-being of students. The findings indicate that learning environments that apply sustainability principles create an atmosphere that supports students' socio-emotional development, increases environmental awareness, and facilitates effective learning processes. This study recommends further integration of sustainable practices in the education system as a strategy to improve overall student welfare.

Abstract

Based on the results of research and discussion on the intervening variable analysis of customer satisfaction and its impact on the endogenous variables that influence customer loyalty which are of variable quality of the product, price, and quality of service simultaneously towards customer satisfaction by 53.7%.There is a partial effect of variable product quality to customer satisfaction direct effect and indirect influence, there is a partial effect of variable price to customer satisfaction, direct effect and indirect effect of 14.6%.  There is a partial effect of variable quality of service, to customer satisfaction, direct effect and indirect effect of 24.7%.  There Effect of intervening variables that customer satisfaction to customer loyalty amounted to 54.5%.               In this study that the intervening variables to get the total value of highest impact, when compared with the exogenous variables on the intervening variables.                                     Key words: intervening variable analysis, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and endogenous variables.

Abstract

Cicih Ratnasih; Analisis Strategi Pemasaran Terhadap keputusan Konsumen dalam Membeli Mobil Merck Honda (studi kasus PT Niaga Bangka Automobile Pangkal Pinang). Tujuan penelitian adalah ingin mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh strategi pemasaran dapat mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam membeli mobil merek Honda. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan sampel 200 pengguna mobil merek Honda di Pangkal Pinang. Metode yang digunakan dengan regresi berganda, dengan asumsi bahwa strategi manakah yang perlu diperhatikan untuk penjualan Mobil Honda ke depan. Hasil penelitian bahwa secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan, namun secara parsial variable harga yang tidak signifikan, artinya variable promosi, produk, dan distribusi perlu mendapatkan perhatian perusahaan.

Abstract

The method used in this research is descriptive method with the help of assaciative analrsis lools Eviews 8 version. This research was conducted by using secandary data collected from the publication of the Indonesia Stock Evchanze. The population in this SilIdy is a compaily that is included in 1.045 in hidonesia Stock Exchange from 2009 to 2013 vears. The sampling method used purposive sampling technique. In accordance with the criteria ohtained a total sample of six companies during the observation period of 5 years. So that the sample is as much as 30 samples. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using t test partial, F test simultaneously with the le•el of significance of 5% and the coefficient of determination test. Regression analvsis showed that partially Price to Book Value (PB19 and Earning Per Share (EPS) have a significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously, the Price to Book Value (PBV) and Earning Per Share (EPS) hare a significant effect 011 stock prices and have the effect of 96.54% of the share price. while the remaining 3.46% is ii?fluenced by other .factors not included in the research model.   Keywords : Price to Book Value (PBr). Abstract

The purpose of this study o find out the process of rebalancing the balance of payments, due to the influence of the balance of payments is apparent in the process of rebalancing the balance of payments. By process of rebalancing the balance of payments consists of three components, namely the price level, exchange rate and monetary sectors. The increase in imports and decrease in exports of both together to encourage the reduction of payments surpluses this balancing process will run continuously with a surplus balance of payments of a country’s balance of payments coupled with derfisit foreign countries. The amount of money circulating in foreign countries will be reduced, then the price will drop and inflation, meaning the manufacturer increased competitiveness, increased exports and descreased imports of the foreign country. The exchange rate is for the devaluation and revaluation deficit to surplus. The success of devaluation to eliminate or reduce the imbalance depends on the elasticity of demand and supply of foreign exchange. Balance of payments imbalance is solely a monetary phenomenon, therefore controlling the amount of money circulating in the system of fixed exchange rates there will be no result. Affect the amount of money it will effectively be carried out in a free ecxhange rate system, in balancing the balance of payments.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and Motivation on employee productivity in the Department of Account Services. The data used in this study is Primary Data collected from the results of distributing Questionnaires conducted on the Department of Account Services, data management methods using Path Analysis Method (Path Analysis) using SPSS application program version 22, and sample used as many as 75 people.            The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style and motivation on work productivity. This is evidenced from the results of previous statistical tests. And from the test results also confirmed that the motivation mediates some of the leadership style to work productivity. Keywords: Leadership Style, Motivation, Employee Productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) to the Stock Price at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) using the method of multiple linear regression analysis. One of the conditions for testing multiple linear regression analysis is to carry out the classical assumption test. This is needed so that the resulting regression equation is BLUE (Best Linear Unbiased Estimator). In addition to assessing the goodness of fit of a model, the coefficient of determination, F test, and t test were tested. This study uses quarterly data from 2004 to 2016 for each research variable.The results of this study indicate that the variables ROA, LDR and CAR have a positive effect on Stock Prices with the value of t-statistic Return on Assets (ROA) of 4.713143 and a probability of 0.0000, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) with t-statistics of 8.636285 and probability amounting to 0.0000, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) with a t-statistic of 2.319119 and a probability of 0.0005. In addition, it was found that the adjusted R-squared value was 0.805576. This means that 80.56% of the stock price index movement can be predicted from the movements of the three independent variables. While the remaining 19.44% is influenced by other variables outside the research. Keywords: Return On Assets, ROA, Loan on Deposit Ratio, LDR, Capital Adequacy Ratio, CAR and Share Prices.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Price and Product Quality on theDecision of Purchasing Instant Noodle Brand with Sedaap Noodles and Their Implications onCustomer Loyalitas` in Pekayon Jaya Bekasi South Housing.The data used in this study are primary data taken from the responses of questionnaires bythe community in Pekayon Jaya South Bekasi housing. The data processing method uses the pathanalysis method with the help of the SPSS analysis tool version 22. Statistical testing in this studyuses a model suitability test (goodness) of fit test).The results showed that the price effect had a positive and significant effect directly orindirectly through purchasing decisions on Customer Loyalty, Product quality had a positive andsignificant effect directly or indirectly through purchasing decisions on customer loyalty andpurchasing decisions had a direct positive effect on Loyalty Customer.Keywords: Price Effect, Product Quality, Purchasing Decisions, Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of factors related to the purchasedecision of Setiabudi Skygarden Apartment Jakarta. These factors include Product Quality andPromotion, which subsequently functioned as independent variables that influence purchasedecisions that function as dependent variables, while purchase interest is a variable that isdiffused as an intervening variable. The research method used in this study is path analysis.The results showed that there is a direct effect of product quality and promotion onpurchase interest and purchase decisions both simultaneously and partially. The purchaseinterest as an intervening variable is able to mediate the indirect influence of product qualityand promotion on purchase decisions, with the results of a suitability test of a decent model.Keywords: product quality, promotion, purchase interest, purchase decision
