Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Job Training and Work Motivation on WorkProductivity, either directly or indirectly through Kinerka Employees at PT. Inspira AdhiMitra.The data used in this study are primary data collected through questionnaires and otherliterature studies. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Indomarco Adi Prima -Main Warehouse Jakarta, Jababeka with a sample size of 70 respondents. The data analysistechnique used path analysis with the help of the SPSS 22 analysis system.The results showed that job training has a significant positive effect on work productivity,motivation has a significant positive effect on work productivity, job training has a significantpositive effect on employee performance, motivation has a significant positive effect on employeeperformance, work productivity has a significant positive effect on employee performance,Keywords: job training, work motivation and employee performance

Abstract

The data used in this study are primary data collected from respondents' answers based onthe questionnaire given, as many as 94 people. The data processing method uses the path analysismethod with the help of SPSS version 22. Statistical testing uses the individual parametersignificance test (t test) and simultaneous significance test (F test).The results showed that simultaneously the variables, leadership style and work disciplineon work motivation and its implications for employee performance. Partially shows that analysis1: leadership style variables have a significant effect on employee performance, while analysis 2:work discipline variables have a significant effect on employee performance and in analysis 3:work motivation variables have an effect on employee performance. significant to employeeperformance.Keywords: leadership style and work discipline on work motivation and its implications foremployee performance.

Abstract

The data used in this study are primary data taken from the results of questionnaireresponses by customers of Bank OCBC NISP Cab Plaza Jababeka Cikarang. The data processingmethod uses the path analysis method with the help of the SPSS version 20 analysis tool.Statistical testing in this study uses the goodness of fit test.The results show that product quality and service quality have a positive influence directlyor indirectly through customer satisfaction which has an impact on customer loyalty.Keywords: Product Quality, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Brand Image and Quality of Customers who visit on Customer Loyalty of PT. Prudential Life Assurance Jakarta. The data used in this study are primary data collected through questionnaires and other literature studies. The population in this study were customers of PT. Prudential Life Assurance with a sample size of 100. The data analysis technique uses path analysis with the help of the SPSS 22 analysis system. The results showed that partially and simultaneously on Brand Image and Service Quality variables had a significant effect on Customers and Customer Loyalty.   Keywords: Brand Image, Service Quality, Customers and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of price and product quality on purchasing decisions and their implications for customer satisfaction of the Zara Brand, Kota Kasablanka Mall Branch. The data used in this research is in the form of primary data collected from respondents' answers based on the questionnaire given, namely as many as 100 people. The data processing method uses the path analysis method (Path Analysis) with the help of SPSS version 23.0. Statistical testing using individual parameter significance test (t test) and simultaneous significance test (F test). The results showed that simultaneously the variables Price, Product Quality and Purchase Decision have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Partially shows that the analysis: (1) the price variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, while the analysis (2) the product quality variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and on analysis, (3) the purchasing decision variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Product Quality and Price on Stein Cookware Purchase Decisions and the Implications for Shopee E-Commerce Consumer Loyalty in East Jakarta. The data used in this study are primary data taken from questionnaire responses. The population and sample used in this study were 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used the Classical Assumption Test, Path Analysis Test and Mediation Test (Sobel Test) which were processed using SPSS software version 26. The results showed that the influence of product quality had a positive and significant effect directly or indirectly through purchasing decisions on consumer loyalty, price had a positive and significant effect directly or indirectly through purchasing decisions on consumer loyalty and purchasing decisions had a direct positive effect on loyalty consumer.
