Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of da'wah management functions in religious activities at the Al-Ikhlash Mosque, Marindal 1 Village. The mosque as the center of community development requires good management so that da'wah activities run optimally. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with field study methods through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the functions of da'wah management-planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating-have been systematically applied by the mosque management. The application of these functions plays an important role in increasing the effectiveness of religious programs, strengthening congregational participation, and making the mosque a center of community empowerment. However, there are also challenges such as limited resources and uneven congregational involvement. Therefore, inclusive and flexible management is needed so that da'wah remains relevant and sustainable. The results of the study prove that careful planning, good coordination, and regular evaluation can increase the effectiveness of religious activities in this mosque. This study makes it clear that good da'wah management through the application of appropriate management functions will increase the effectiveness of religious activities, so that they can benefit the wider community.

Abstract

Facilitating the administration of pesantren in accordance with their traditions and unique characteristics is essential. Therefore, the Government of West Java is expected to support and strengthen the role and contribution of pesantren within the province, as stipulated in West Java Provincial Regulation No. 1 of 2021. In Cimahi City, however, not all pesantren have received such facilitation from the government, including Pondok Pesantren Cibereum Kidul. Inadequate facilities reduce the attractiveness of a pesantren compared to other educational institutions. Consequently, pesantren with insufficient facilities tend to lag behind, lose public interest, and experience a decline in service quality for their santri (students). This study aims to: a) Evaluate the policy implementation of West Java Provincial Regulation No. 1 of 2021 concerning pesantren facilitation at Pondok Pesantren Cibereum Kidul, Cimahi. b) Determine whether Pondok Pesantren Cibereum Kidul has received government facilitation support. c) Identify obstacles in implementing the regulation.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat tata kelola pemerintahan Desa Pameuntasan melalui pelatihan prinsip good governance dan penguatan kapasitas administrasi perangkat desa. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan partisipatif, workshop digitalisasi administrasi, pendampingan penyusunan SOP, dan evaluasi implementasi. Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan perangkat desa dalam menjalankan pemerintahan desa secara lebih profesional, transparan, dan efisien. Fokus kegiatan adalah Aparatur Desa dimana untuk meningkatkan kapasitas individu dan kelembagaan aparatur desa agar mampu menjalankan tugas secara efektif, transparan, akuntabel, dan partisipatif. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yaitu perangkat desa yang kurang kompoten, minim pelatihan dan pendidikan, dan juga kurangnya pemahaman perangkat desa terhadap prinsip-prisip good governance. Berdasarakan analisis situasi, target luaran solusi yang ingin dicapai adalah Aparatur desa memiliki pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang prinsip good governance (transparansi, akuntabilitas, efektivitas, dan partisipasi). Masyarakat merasakan adanya peningkatan dalam kualitas pelayanan publik desa. Dan Terbentuk pola kerja kolaboratif dan terbuka antarperangkat desa. Hasil dari Pengabdian Kepada Masayarakat ini, diharapkan Aparatur Desa tercapai beberapa hasil konkret yang dapat memberikan dampak langsung maupun jangka panjang bagi Desa Pameuntasan, khususnya bagi aparatur pemerintah desa. Dan Tingkat pemahaman perangkat desa terhadap prinsip-prinsip tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik (good governance) seperti transparansi, akuntabilitas, partisipasi, dan efisiensi mengalami peningkatan setelah diberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan.
