Abstract

Abstract. This paper aims to examine gender relations in Islam by analyzing Qur’anic verses and prophetic traditions frequently used as the basis for gender norms, such as QS An-Nisa’ [4]:34 and QS al-Ahzab [33]:33, and comparing them with verses that emphasize reciprocity and justice. Using a historical-ethical hermeneutic approach, the study examines how socio-cultural contexts and interpretive methods influence the meanings of religious texts. The findings reveal that patriarchal norms often influence classical interpretations, while contemporary scholars, such as Amina Wadud and Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd, advocate for more just and contextual readings. The discussion highlights that, in its essence, Islam promotes principles of equality and justice, allowing for ijtihad in interpreting texts. The study concludes that reinterpreting religious texts through the lens of tawhid, justice, and maqasid al-shari‘ah is essential in fostering an ethical, inclusive, and human-centered understanding of women in Islam.Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji relasi gender dalam Islam melalui analisis ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an dan hadis yang sering dijadikan dasar norma gender, seperti QS An-Nisa’ [4]:34 dan QS al-Ahzab [33]:33, serta membandingkannya dengan ayat-ayat yang menekankan kesalingan dan keadilan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan hermeneutika historis dan etis untuk mengungkap bagaimana konteks sosial dan metode penafsiran memengaruhi pemaknaan terhadap teks keagamaan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa tafsir klasik banyak dipengaruhi oleh budaya patriarkal, sementara penafsiran kontemporer oleh tokoh seperti Amina Wadud dan Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd menawarkan pendekatan yang lebih adil dan kontekstual. Pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa Islam secara prinsip mengajarkan kesetaraan dan keadilan, serta membuka ruang ijtihad terhadap teks. Kesimpulannya, reinterpretasi teks keagamaan yang berlandaskan pada prinsip tauhid, keadilan, dan maqasid al-shari‘ah sangat penting dalam membangun pemahaman yang etis, inklusif, dan manusiawi terhadap perempuan dalam Islam.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how group guidance combined with symbolic modelingtechniques affects the importance of adhering to health protocols covid-19. This study wascarried out on pt teenagers. Nusantara Plantation IV Plantation of Sosa II Emplasmen.This study is a Pseudo Experiment with a One Group Pretest and Posttest research design.Purposive sampling was used to select study participants. As many as six teenagers weresampled. The data collection method employs a scale of awareness of the importance ofadhering to health protocols covid-19. ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) data analysistechniques are used with the spss 24 for Windows program. Adolescents between the agesof 15 and 17 were studied. The findings of this study revealed that using symbolic modelingtechniques to guide groups influenced the increase in awareness of the importance ofadhering to health protocols. covid-19. When the statistical Parametric One Way Anovatest results show p=0.000<0,05 and the probability result is less than 0.05, Ho is rejected.This study's findings also revealed a difference in the percentage increase in posttestexperimental groups (15.62% ).

Abstract

This study examines stock price dynamics in the LQ-45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2021, focusing on factors like inflation, interest rates, Earning Per Share (EPS), and Price Earning Ratio (PER). Using quantitative methods and data from annual reports and official sources, the research found that inflation and interest rates had no significant impact on stock prices, while EPS and PER showed a positive and significant influence. These findings contribute to understanding stock market behavior and can guide companies and investors in making informed decisions.
