Abstract

The postpartum state requires important accompaniment from the husband. Before and after childbirth the wife experiences psychological changes that can cause depression. If the wife is depressed, she cannot concentrate on taking care of the children. It will also cause trauma to the wife and children. Even children will not grow and develop according to their age. The writing method uses a qualitative approach by conducting interviews and literature reviews through books, journals that are relevant to the research topic. The role of the husband is not only to meet the needs of the wife and children materially but to love and love the wife is the main thing in a Christian family. Feelings of love and love are the main needs for the wife. The wife will feel calm and happy and will be more focused on taking care of the children and household.

Abstract

Abstract Christian Religious Education (CRE) teachers are not only responsible for teaching religious knowledge. More importantly, PAK teachers serve as living role models. Therefore, possessing superior personality competencies that can serve as a role model, demonstrating love, honesty, discipline, and responsibility, is a primary requirement for a Christian Religious Education (CRE) teacher. This study aims to analyze the role of teachers' personality competencies in shaping students' Christian character. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data collection was carried out through literature studies, drawing from various relevant literature sources. The research results indicate that the personality competence of Christian Religious Education (CRE) teachers is very important in shaping the Christian character of students. Teachers with strong personality competencies can create a conducive learning environment and serve as a real role model for students, enabling them to internalize Christian values. In the process of actualizing personality competencies, there are supporting factors such as a conducive school environment, parental support, professional training, and commitment to Christian values, as well as hindering factors such as lack of training, high workload, low motivation, and the influence of the social environment. Therefore, spiritual guidance and cooperation between schools, churches, and the community are needed so that Christian Religious Education teachers can optimally actualize their personality competencies in shaping students' Christian character. Abstrak Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK) tidak hanya berperan sebagai pengajar pengetahuan agama. Namun lebih dari itu, Guru PAK berperan sebagai suri teladan yang  hidup.  Untuk itu, memiliki kompetensi kepribadian yang unggul, yang mampu menjadi teladan, memiliki kasih, jujur, disiplin, dan tanggung jawab menjadi syarat utama sebagai seorang Guru PAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kompetensi kepribadian guru PAK dalam membentuk karakter kristiani peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi pustaka, dengan menggali dari berbagai sumber literatur yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi kepribadian guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK) sangat penting dalam membentuk karakter Kristiani peserta didik.  Guru yang memiliki kompetensi kepribadian yang kuat mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif serta menjadi teladan yang nyata bagi peserta didik sehingga peserta didik dapat menginternalisasi nilai-nilai Kristiani. Dalam proses aktualisasi kompetensi kepribadian, terdapat faktor pendukung seperti lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif, dukungan orang tua, pelatihan profesional, dan komitmen terhadap nilai Kristiani, serta faktor penghambat seperti kurangnya pelatihan, tingginya beban kerja, rendahnya motivasi, dan pengaruh lingkungan sosial. Karena itu, diperlukan pembinaan spiritual dan kerja sama antara sekolah, gereja, dan masyarakat agar guru PAK dapat mengaktualisasikan kompetensi kepribadiannya secara optimal dalam membentuk karakter Kristiani peserta didik.

Abstract

This study examines the role of parents in internalizing Christian religious education values ??in adolescents at the Teluk Naga Church of Christ. The main problem in this study is the less than optimal role of parents in internalizing Christian religious education values ??in adolescents, which is caused by time constraints, lack of involvement in spiritual activities, and non-open communication about spiritual issues. The purpose of the study was to describe the role of Christian parents in internalizing Christian Religious Education values, to make parents aware of their role, and to describe the church's task in equipping parents and adolescents. This study was conducted qualitatively using a case study approach. Data were collected through interviews and document analysis. This was done to gain a better understanding of the role of parents and how Christian religious education values ??are internalized. The results of the study showed that parental role models greatly influence the formation of adolescent character values ??and spirituality. Parents who are consistent in implementing Christian values ??are able to shape adolescents' mindsets, characters, and attitudes in their daily lives. However, the lack of parental involvement in spiritual activities in the church and open communication about faith makes it difficult for adolescents to internalize values. Penelitian ini mengkaji peran orangtua di dalam menginternalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan agama Kristen pada remaja di Gereja Kristus Teluk Naga. Masalah utama dalam kajian  ini adalah kurang optimalnya peran orangtua di dalam menginternalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan agama Kristen pada remaja, yang disebabkan oleh keterbatasan waktu, kurangnya keterlibatan dalam kegiatan kerohanian, dan komunikasi yang tidak terbuka tentang isu-isu spiritual. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan peran orangtua Kristen dalam penginternalisasian nilai-nilai Pendidikan Agama Kristen, menyadarkan orangtua akan perannya, serta mendeskripsikan tugas gereja dalam memperlengkapi orangtua dan remaja. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan analisis dokumen. Ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang peran orangtua dan bagaimana nilai-nilai pendidikan agama Kristen diinternalisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keteladanan orangtua sangat berpengaruh pada pembentukan nilai-nilai karakter dan spiritualitas remaja. Orangtua yang konsisten dalam melakukan nilai-nilai Kristiani mampu membentuk pola pikir, karakter, dan sikap remaja dalam kehidupan sehari-sehari. Namun, kurangnya keterlibatan orangtua dalam kegiatan kerohania di gereja dan komunikasi terbuka tentang keimanan menyebabkan kesulitan bagi remaja dalam menginternalisasi nilai.
