Abstract

This study aims to design and implement a web-based attendance system for interns at PT Jasamarga RO3 to overcome issues found in manual attendance, such as data recording errors, manipulation, and delayed recapitulation. The system was developed using the Laravel framework with the Waterfall method and includes key features such as user login, location-based QR Code attendance, leave requests, and real-time attendance history monitoring. The system was evaluated through black-box testing and a questionnaire based on the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model. Results indicate that the system functions well and achieves high user satisfaction in the five EUCS aspects: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. This system effectively enhances efficiency, accuracy, security, and transparency in managing intern attendance at PT Jasamarga RO3.Keywords: Attendance system; Web Base; Intern; Laravel; End-User Computing Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem absensi berbasis web bagi peserta magang di PT Jasamarga RO3 guna mengatasi permasalahan absensi manual yang rentan terhadap kesalahan pencatatan, manipulasi data, serta keterlambatan rekapitulasi. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel dengan metode Waterfall dan dilengkapi fitur utama seperti login pengguna, absensi dengan QR Code berbasis lokasi, pengajuan izin, serta pemantauan riwayat kehadiran secara real-time. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui metode black-box testing dan kuesioner berbasis End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sistem berfungsi dengan baik dan mendapat tingkat kepuasan tinggi dari pengguna dalam lima aspek EUCS: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, dan timeliness. Sistem ini terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, keamanan, dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan kehadiran peserta magang di PT Jasamarga RO3.
