Abstract

Background: The Madrasah Education Quality Reform (MEQR) programme is a strategic initiative of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in improving the quality of madrasah education nationally, including in South Sumatra Province. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of MEQR, especially in the aspects of planning, implementation, monitoring, and its impact on strengthening the quality of madrasah. Research Objectives: This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of MEQR, especially in the aspects of planning, implementation, monitoring, and its impact on strengthening the quality of madrasah. Methods: The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Informants included programme implementing officials at the provincial and district/city levels, madrasah heads, and educators. Results: The results showed that MEQR made a significant contribution in increasing the capacity of data-based management, implementing EMIS and e-RKAM systems, and developing madrasah facilities and infrastructure. The programme also promotes efficient governance and transparency in budget use. However, a number of obstacles are still encountered, especially related to cross-level coordination, limited human resources, and programme sustainability after external support. Conclusion: In general, the implementation of MEQR in South Sumatra Province can be categorised as quite effective, but requires strengthening in technical assistance, continuous monitoring, and active involvement of all stakeholders. These efforts are important so that madrasah education reform does not only have a short-term impact, but also sustainable in improving the quality and competitiveness of madrasah in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang keputusan pembelian pakaian preloved atau yang lebih dikenal produk thrift. Studi pada penelitian ini yaitu sebuah thriftshop di kabupaten Malang Jawa Timur . Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang sudah membeli pakaian preloved di thriftshop, yang berkunjung dalam kurun waktu 3 bulan .Dalam penelitian ini pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling, dengan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 70 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitan didapatkan dari hasil uji t bahwa brand image, harga dan fashion lifestyle tidak berpengaruh terhdap keputusan pembelian pakaian preloved. Sedangkan hasil uji F secara bersama- sama baik brand image, harga dan fashion lifestyle berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pakaian preloved. Koefisien determinasi yang terlihat pada nilai adjusted R-squared adalah 0,147 atau brand image, harga dan fashion lifestyle mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian pakaian preloved sebesar 14.7%. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bisa sebagai acuan bagi pelaku bisnis produk thrift yang akan mulai berbisnis maupun yang sedang berbisnis kata

Abstract

The perspective of Islamic educational philosophy on the implementation of a love-based curriculum within the Education Office of South Sumatra Province. Islamic educational philosophy is rooted in the values of the Qur'an and Hadith, which emphasise a balance between the development of intellect, spirituality, and the cultivation of noble character. In this context, a love based curriculum is understood as an educational approach that places affection, respect for human dignity, and harmonious relationships between educators and learners at the core of the learning process. Through literature review and descriptive qualitative analysis, this article examines the relevance of the concept of love in Islamic education to regional educational policies, particularly in South Sumatra. The findings of the study indicate that the implementation of a love based curriculum aligns with the principle of rahmah in Islam, which encourages the emergence of learners who are not only intellectually outstanding but also empathetic, ethical, and possess a high social awareness. The application of this curriculum can create a learning atmosphere that is humanistic, participatory, and oriented towards character formation. Furthermore, the implementation of a love based curriculum is believed to serve as a strategic instrument in strengthening Islamic values, enhancing the quality of human resources, and providing education that is relevant to the modern challenges of the global era.
