Abstract

This study examines the significant effects of leadership and human resource (HR) development on organizational performance at KFC stores. The results indicate that effective leadership and strategic HR development initiatives are crucial for enhancing employee productivity, job satisfaction, and overall performance. Specifically, the average leadership score was 19.4, showing a moderate to strong correlation with organizational performance. Likewise, HR development practices scored an average of 18.75, which also positively impacted performance outcomes. By aligning leadership with HR development, organizations can create a supportive work environment that fosters improved productivity and job satisfaction. This research emphasizes the synergy between leadership and HR development as a key driver of organizational success. However, factors such as organizational culture and external influences should also be considered for a more comprehensive understanding. Future research should explore the combined effects of leadership and HR development in various organizational contexts.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of managerial support and organizational justice on employee performance at PT Pratama Abadi Industri-JX, a shoe manufacturing company. In today's competitive business environment, management support and organizational justice perceptions have become crucial factors in enhancing employee productivity. This research employed a quantitative approach using survey methods with 24 respondents randomly selected from 130 company employees. The research instrument consisted of questionnaires developed based on managerial support indicators (Sorongan et al., 2015), organizational justice indicators (Lestiyanie & Yanuar, 2019), and employee performance indicators (Adhari, 2020). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression with SPSS software. Validity and reliability tests showed that all research instruments were valid and reliable (Cronbach's Alpha = 0.833). The Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test confirmed normal data distribution (Sig. = 0.057 > 0.05). Multiple regression analysis results indicated that managerial support and organizational justice simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee performance (F = 10.143, Sig. = 0.001 < 0.05) with R² value of 0.491, meaning 49.1% of employee performance variation can be explained by both independent variables. These findings provide practical implications for PT Pratama Abadi Industri-JX management to enhance managerial support and create a fair organizational climate as strategies for improving employee performance.

Abstract

Masalah sampah merupakan masalah yang ada hampir diseluruh daerah di Indonesia. Kurangnya pengetahuan anak-anak tentang pengelolaan sampah menjadikan masalah sampah belum dapat teratasi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan Model ATIK dalam meningkatkan kesadaran berfikir tentang kebersihan dalam membuang sampah dan memilah sampah pada taman kanak kanak di Kota Karawang. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mempermudah pemilihan sampah organik dan non organik untuk dapat mengurangi pencemaran udara yang diakibatkan oleh penumpukan sampah yang masih tercampur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, dokumentasi, dan catatan lapangan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di lembaga TK Nurul Huda Karawang melalui Model ATIK pada anak usia 5-6 tahun. Hasil penelitian di dapatkan bahwa TK Nurul Huda telah mengimplementasikan Model ATIK dengan cara Amati, Tiru, Kerjakan maka anak dapat dengan mudah membedakan antara sampah organik dan non organik. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 1 September hingga 2 November 2023 sampai dengan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Model ATIK anak dapat berhasil membedakan antara sampah organik dan non organic.
