Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit yang lebih banyak dialami oleh lanjut usia (lansia) dan dapat menimbulkan gangguan psikologis, salah satunya adalah kecemasan (ansietas). Upaya nonfarmakologis seperti Teknik Relaksasi Hipnoterapi Lima Jari dapat digunakan untuk membantu mengatasi kecemasan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi hipnosis lima jari terhadap tingkat kecemasan pada lansia penderita hipertensi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) menggunakan rancangan pre-post test with control group. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 22–29 Agustus 2025 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Simpang IV Sipin. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh lansia penderita hipertensi di wilayah kerja tersebut yang berjumlah 401 orang. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 60 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling, kemudian dibagi menjadi dua kelompok: 30 responden kelompok intervensi dan 30 responden kelompok kontrol. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan terapi hipnosis lima jari terhadap penurunan tingkat kecemasan pada kelompok intervensi dengan nilai ρ = 0,000 (ρ < 0,05). Sementara itu, pada kelompok kontrol tidak ditemukan adanya pengaruh terhadap tingkat kecemasan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terapi hipnosis lima jari berpengaruh dalam menurunkan kecemasan lansia dengan hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Simpang IV Sipin. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan tenaga kesehatan dapat menerapkan terapi ini sebagai salah satu intervensi nonfarmakologis untuk membantu mengurangi kecemasan pada lansia hipertensi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between internet addiction, sleep quality, and anxiety levels on social intelligence among high school adolescents in Jambi in 2023. Adolescence is a critical period in social and emotional development, highly influenced by digital lifestyle and mental health factors. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method administered to a selected group of high school students through purposive sampling. The research instruments included validated standardized questionnaires to measure internet addiction, sleep quality, anxiety, and social intelligence. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the simultaneous and partial effects of the three independent variables on social intelligence. The results revealed a significant relationship between internet addiction, sleep quality, and anxiety levels with adolescents’ social intelligence. Specifically, internet addiction and anxiety showed negative effects, while sleep quality demonstrated a positive effect on social intelligence. These findings hold important implications for developing interventions that support adolescent mental and social well-being in the digital age.

Abstract

Hypertension is a common condition found in the community and can affect various organs, including the eyes. Increased intraocular pressure (IOP) can lead to vision problems, such as glaucoma, which may result in blindness if not properly managed. This study aims to analyze the relationship between hypertension and intraocular pressure in patients treated at RS Prima Jambi. A cross-sectional design was used with a sample of hypertensive patients undergoing eye examinations at RS Prima Jambi. Blood pressure and intraocular pressure measurements were taken using standard medical equipment. The data obtained were analyzed using statistical tests to examine the correlation between the two variables. The results of this study are expected to provide clearer information about the impact of hypertension on increased intraocular pressure, which can serve as a basis for better eye health management in hypertensive patients. This research is expected to contribute to the prevention and early detection of eye disorders in hypertensive patients in Indonesia.
