<![CDATA[Breast milk production is influenced by the hormone prolactin while secretion is influenced by the hormone oxytocin. The problem of lack of breast milk production in postpartum mothers is very common. This is due to the lack of knowledge of postpartum mothers about oxytocin massage. The study was conducted in February 2025 with a descriptive quantitative approach. Based on age groups, the age group of mothers aged 25-35 years is the largest age group, namely 17 people (85%) and ages> 35 years as many as 3 people (15%) out of a total of 20 people. Based on the mother's education group, the most results are Middle School (Junior High School, High School) with a total of 14 people (70%), Elementary School (SD) with a total of 4 people (20%), and mothers with Higher education 2 people (10%). It can be concluded that there is an influence on the level of knowledge of postpartum mothers before and after health education about oxytocin massage is carried out. So it can be said that there is an influence of providing health education about oxytocin massage on the level of knowledge of postpartum mothers. Abstrak Produksi ASI dipengaruhi oleh hormon prolaktin sedangkan pengeluaran dipengaruhi oleh hormon oksitosin. Permasalahan kurangnya produksi ASI pada ibu postpartum sangat sering ditemukan. Hal tersebut dikarenakan kurangnya pengetahuan ibu postpartum tentang pijat oksitosin. Penelitian dilakukan pada bukan Februari 2025 dengan pendekatan deskriptif kunatitatif. Berdasarkan kelompok umur, kelompok umur ibu dengan umur 25-35 tahun adalah kelompok umur terbanyak jumlahnya, yaitu 17 orang (85%) dan umur >35 tahun sebanyak 3 orang (15%) dari total 20 orang. Berdasarkan pada kelompok pendidikan ibu hasil terbanyak yaitu Menengah (SMP, SMA) dengan jumlah 14 orang (70%), Dasar (SD) dengan jumlah 4 orang (20%), dan ibu dengan pendidikan Tinggi 2 orang (10%). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh tingkat pengetahuan ibu postpartum sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan tentang pijat oksitosin. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa ada pengaruh pemberian pendidikan kesehatan tentang pijat oksitosin terhadap tingkat pengetahuan ibu postpartum.]]>
