Abstract

Character education in Indonesia is faced with various problems based on education only as a knowledge transfer activity, to overcome this, the Ministry of Education and Culture issued an independent curriculum to solve the problem. The purpose of this study is how the method applied by MI Sunan Kalijogo in habituating character education based on the Pancasila student profile. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, the data from this study were obtained from interviews, observation, documentation, and literature research which are then called primary and secondary data. Character education based on Pancasila learner profile applied by MI Sunan Kalijogo is congregational prayer activities, religious studies, and MTQ. The implication of this research is a form of strengthening P5 and reconstructing character education patterns for schools at the elementary school level that use an independent curriculum.

Abstract

This article explores the significant role played by students from Universitas Negeri Semarang's (UNNES) Community Service Program (GIAT) in supporting and empowering pete Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Sambeng Village. By adopting a structured methodology that includes assessment, collaborative planning, skill development, and continuous monitoring, the UNNES GIAT students have facilitated improvements in production processes, product quality, and marketing strategies for the UMKMs. This collaborative partnership not only highlights the potential of academia-industry collaboration but also emphasizes the importance of grassroots initiatives in driving sustainable economic development and community engagement.

Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned effort to develop individual potential in order to create qualified human resources. Therefore, to achieve this goal effectively, strong management, good coordination, and solid solidarity among all educational elements are necessary. Solidarity among educators plays an important role in supporting the implementation of educational programs and achieving institutional goals. This study aims to determine the principal's methods and strategies for increasing solidarity among educators in the school environment. This study employed a qualitative research method, with data obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation related to school activities. The validity of the data was ensured using triangulation techniques to maintain accuracy and credibility. The results show that educator solidarity at SMPIQu Al-Bahjah is implemented through routine deliberations, structured morning briefings, and regular weekly evaluations involving all educators. These activities are consistently carried out as a collective effort to achieve the school’s vision and mission. The implications of this research are expected to provide practical benefits for educational institutions in strengthening educator solidarity. In addition, this research can serve as a reference for other academics in developing and applying Emile Durkheim's structural-functional theory within educational management contexts.
