Peningkatan kinerja campuran aspal dilakukan dengan berbagai teknologi seperti modifikasi campuran aspal dengan variasi filler dan bahan anti stripping agent. Penelitian ini melakukan modifikasi dengan filler fine dust kombinasi bahan anti stripping agent (wetfix-be). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan Filler Fine Dust dengan Wetfix-Be sebagai bahan Anti Stripping Agent terhadap kinerja campuran Asphalt Concrete Base (AC-Base). Metodologi penelitian yaitu eksperimental laboratorium dengan material Filler Fine Dust dengan Wetfix-Be sebagai bahan Anti Stripping Agent terhadap kinerja campuran AC Base. Aspal yang digunakan pen 60/70 dengan variasi Filler Fine Dust 0%,2%,4%,6%,8%,10%,12%,14%, dengan bahan tambah Wetfix-Be 0,3% setiap variasi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil terbaik pada variasi 4% filler fine dust dengan 0,3% wetfix-be. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui hasil pengujian marshall. Kadar Optimum Filler Fine Dust sebesar 4% dengan 0,3% Wetfix-Be yang dipadatkan pada suhu 145ﹾC diperoleh nilai Stabilitas 2795 kg, nilai kelelehan plastis 4,07 mm, nilai VIM 3,51%, nilai VMA 16,36%, nilai VFB 78,57%, nilai MQ 689 kg/mm dan nilai Bulk Density 2,321 gr/cc. Hasil ini memenuhi syarat spesifikasi umum Bina Marga Tahun 2018. Maka rekomendasi kadar optimum komposisi campuran aspal modifikasi variasi 4% filler fine dust dengan 0,3% wetfix-be terhadap kinerja campuran aspal bisa dijadikan sebagai acuan. Improving the performance of asphalt mixtures is done with various technologies such as modifying asphalt mixtures with variations of fillers and anti-stripping agents. This study carried out modifications with fine dust fillers combined with anti-stripping agents (wetfix-be). This study aims to determine the effect of using Fine Dust Filler with Wetfix-Be as an Anti-Stripping Agent on the performance of the Asphalt Concrete Base (AC-Base) mixture. The research methodology is a laboratory experiment with Fine Dust Filler material with Wetfix-Be as an Anti-Stripping Agent on the performance of the AC Base mixture. The asphalt used is 60/70 pen with variations of Fine Dust Filler 0%, 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, 10%, 12%, 14%, with Wetfix-Be added material of 0.3% for each variation. The results of the study obtained the best results in variations of 4% fine dust filler with 0.3% wetfix-be. This is proven through the results of marshall tests. Optimum Filler Fine Dust content of 4% with 0.3% Wetfix-Be compacted at a temperature of 145ﹾC obtained a Stability value of 2795 kg, a plastic yield value of 4.07 mm, a VIM value of 3.51%, a VMA value of 16.36%, a VFB value of 78.57%, an MQ value of 689 kg/mm and a Bulk Density value of 2.321 gr/cc. These results meet the general specifications of Bina Marga in 2018. Therefore, the recommendation for the optimum content of the modified asphalt mixture composition of 4% filler fine dust with 0.3% wetfix-be on the performance of the asphalt mixture can be used as a reference.
