Abstract

The development of information technology has had a significant impact on human resource management, including the process of submitting overtime requests to employees. This process is crucial to ensure optimal productivity, especially in companies with many divisions and employees. PT. Laju Omega Digital still uses manual methods for recording overtime, which causes delays in the process, difficulties in tracking data, and a lack of transparency in overtime approvals. Therefore, a web-based system is needed that can automate and improve the efficiency of managing overtime requests. This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system that allows employees to submit overtime digitally, as well as facilitates admins in managing overtime request data. This system is built using the Laravel framework with a Bootstrap-based design to be more responsive and easy to use. The main features developed include a login system, an overtime request form, overtime verification and approval, and data recapitulation for further analysis. The research methods used include observation, interviews, and literature studies. System development is carried out using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model, including needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. The research results show that the developed system can improve the efficiency of overtime requests, reduce recording errors, and provide greater transparency in the approval process. With this system's implementation, PT. Laju Omega Digital can improve productivity and the quality of human resource management.

Abstract

AbstractThis study examines the legal status of digital gold trading from the perspectives of contemporary fiqh al-muʿāmalah and Sharia fatwas. The growth of Islamic fintech has enabled gold transactions through digital platforms, yet it also raises legal concerns regarding ownership, constructive possession (qabḍ ḥukmī), underlying assets, and the avoidance of ribā, gharar, and maysir. This study employs a qualitative normative-juridical and doctrinal approach based on library research. Primary sources include the Qur’an, hadith, classical fiqh literature, DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 77/DSN-MUI/V/2010, and AAOIFI Sharia Standard No. 57, while secondary sources consist of scholarly works on Islamic fintech and digital gold investment. The analysis applies doctrinal legal analysis, content analysis, comparative analysis, and tarjīḥ. The findings show that the permissibility of digital gold trading depends on the clarity of ownership, the existence of verified physical gold, and the validity of qabḍ. Fully allocated gold models may be considered permissible because they provide real asset ownership and valid constructive possession. Unallocated gold accounts remain doubtful due to unclear ownership, while derivative-based gold trading and CFDs are impermissible because they involve speculation, uncertainty, and ribā-related elements. This study argues that digital technology may be accepted in Islamic finance when the substance of the transaction complies with Sharia principles. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengkaji status hukum perdagangan emas digital dari perspektif fiqh al-muʿāmalah kontemporer dan fatwa syariah. Perkembangan fintech syariah telah memungkinkan transaksi emas dilakukan melalui platform digital. Namun, praktik ini juga menimbulkan sejumlah persoalan hukum, terutama terkait kepemilikan, penguasaan secara konstruktif atau qabḍ ḥukmī, keberadaan aset dasar, serta upaya menghindari unsur ribā, gharar, dan maysir. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain normatif-yuridis dan doktrinal berbasis studi kepustakaan. Sumber primer yang digunakan meliputi Al-Qur’an, hadis, literatur fiqh klasik, Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 77/DSN-MUI/V/2010, dan AAOIFI Sharia Standard No. 57. Sementara itu, sumber sekunder terdiri atas karya-karya ilmiah yang membahas fintech syariah dan investasi emas digital. Analisis dilakukan melalui analisis hukum doktrinal, analisis isi, analisis komparatif, dan metode tarjīḥ. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebolehan perdagangan emas digital sangat bergantung pada kejelasan kepemilikan, keberadaan emas fisik yang terverifikasi, dan keabsahan qabḍ. Model emas yang dialokasikan secara penuh dapat dinilai boleh karena memberikan kepemilikan aset yang nyata dan memenuhi unsur qabḍ ḥukmī yang sah. Sebaliknya, akun emas yang tidak dialokasikan masih berada dalam wilayah keraguan karena kepemilikannya tidak jelas. Adapun perdagangan emas berbasis derivatif dan CFD dinilai tidak boleh karena mengandung unsur spekulasi, ketidakpastian, dan unsur yang berkaitan dengan ribā.
