Abstract

Di Masjid Nurul Huda Zakat fitrah berperan sebagai pusat kesejahteraan sosial di lingkungan sekitar. Dengan pengelolaan zakat yang baik, masjid dapat memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan sosial di wilayah sekitarnya. Zakat yang dikumpulkan di wilayah masjid umumnya digunakan untuk membantu fakir miskin yang berada di sekitar masjid. Berdasarkan latar belakang diatas hal ini sesuai dengan tujuan zakat untuk mengetaskan kemiskinan. Dalam kasus ini kita bisa memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dengan bantuan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) untuk memilih penerima zakat fitrah di Masjid Nurul Huda agar penyaluran zakat fitrah yang lebih tepat sasaran dan efektif. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menerpakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), yang memiliki kelebihan dalam kemampuannya menangani data kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan bobot kriteria yang fleksibel dibandingkan dengan metode lain. Hasil yang didapatkan dari nilai alternatif dengan preferensi tertinggi K4 yaitu Nadhila mendapatkan nilai 0,79, sedangkan nilai alternatif dengan preferensi terendah K1 yaitu Surya mendapat nilai 0,38. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Mendata warga baru yang belum terdata dengan cara wawancara. entukan kriteria untuk penrerima zakat agar tepat sasaran. Menentukan kriteria untuk penrerima zakat agar tepat sasaran.

Abstract

The decline in the quality of a bureaucracy is often caused by employees who are less than optimal in carrying out their duties. Therefore, this study will examine the influence of work behavior on employee performance through the work environment at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPA) of Labuhanbatu Regency. Data collection in this study used quantitative methods, and analysis utilized Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research population was all employees at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Labuhanbatu Regency and agencies related to the institution. Data collection and collection involved field observation and questionnaires. The study concluded that work behavior positively influences the work environment. Work behavior also positively influences employee performance. Furthermore, the work environment positively influences employee performance. Finally, work behavior positively influences employee performance through the work environment at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPA) of Labuhan batu Regency.

Abstract
