Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the digital economy on changes in traditional business models in the creative industry sector. In the era of rapid digitalization, many creative industry players are shifting from traditional business models that rely on physical distribution to digital-based business models. Through a qualitative approach, this study collected data through in-depth interviews with creative industry players and related literature studies. The results show that the adoption of digital technology has expanded market reach and improved product distribution efficiency through digital platforms such as Spotify, YouTube, and Instagram. Business model transformation also includes a shift from physical marketing to digital marketing, which allows for more direct and personalized interactions with consumers. However, the challenges of global competition and the need to continuously innovate in marketing and production of works are major obstacles. This research concludes that creative industry players who are able to adapt and innovate with digital technology will be better able to survive and thrive in an increasingly competitive global market. Suggestions include developing a more integrated digital strategy and increasing engagement with consumers to maintain competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the digital economy and technological innovation on business productivity, focusing on the relationship between the level of digital technology adoption and productivity improvements in various industrial sectors. Based on linear regression analysis of data obtained through surveys and secondary data, the results show that the adoption of digital technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and the Internet of Things (IoT), significantly increases business productivity, especially in sectors that are more connected to advanced technologies, such as e-commerce, banking, and manufacturing. In contrast, sectors that are more conservative in technology adoption, such as agriculture and healthcare, show more limited productivity gains. These findings emphasize the importance of managerial support, human resource readiness and adequate technological infrastructure in supporting the successful adoption of digital technologies. Limitations of this study include limited sample coverage and short-term impact measurement, which warrant further research by expanding the sample and observation time. The policy implication for the government is the importance of supporting digital infrastructure development and HR training, while for businesses, this study recommends the importance of creating a culture of innovation and sustainable digital transformation.

Abstract

Sektor industri kreatif mengalami perkembangan pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, terutama didorong oleh inovasi digital dan perubahan preferensi konsumen. Dalam menghadapi persaingan yang ketat, kepuasan pelanggan menjadi kunci utama dalam mempertahankan loyalitas dan daya saing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana penerapan Sistem Manajemen Kualitas (SMK) berdampak terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di sektor industri kreatif. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei pada 100 responden pelanggan dari berbagai subsektor industri kreatif, data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SMK berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas produk/layanan serta tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Nilai R-squared sebesar 0.78 mengindikasikan bahwa 78% variasi kepuasan pelanggan dijelaskan oleh penerapan SMK. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan kualitas yang sistematis, bahkan di sektor dengan karakter dinamis seperti industri kreatif. Penelitian ini juga memberikan rekomendasi penerapan SMK yang kontekstual dan adaptif terhadap sifat kreatif dari industri ini.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a major driver in the development of business models in the modern era, demanding efficiency and sustainability in the management of information technology systems. This research aims to examine the role of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) as a strategic approach in the development of efficient and sustainable digital businesses. Using a library research method and a descriptive qualitative approach and metaanalysis, data was collected from reputable scientific journals, academic books, and other reliable sources. The findings show that OOP principles such as encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism, and abstraction contribute significantly to the flexibility, scalability, and sustainability of software systems. Case studies of OOP implementations in global digital businesses also corroborate that this paradigm supports operational efficiency and continuous innovation. However, challenges such as design complexity and limited human resources are still obstacles that require strategic solutions, including technical training and careful software architecture planning. This research recommends the integration of OOP in the long-term planning of digital businesses and the need for further empirical studies to quantitatively measure its impact. The implications of these findings are important for developers, academics, and business people who want to build adaptive, efficient, and sustainable digital systems amid technological disruption.
