Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the digital economy and technological innovation on business productivity, focusing on the relationship between the level of digital technology adoption and productivity improvements in various industrial sectors. Based on linear regression analysis of data obtained through surveys and secondary data, the results show that the adoption of digital technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and the Internet of Things (IoT), significantly increases business productivity, especially in sectors that are more connected to advanced technologies, such as e-commerce, banking, and manufacturing. In contrast, sectors that are more conservative in technology adoption, such as agriculture and healthcare, show more limited productivity gains. These findings emphasize the importance of managerial support, human resource readiness and adequate technological infrastructure in supporting the successful adoption of digital technologies. Limitations of this study include limited sample coverage and short-term impact measurement, which warrant further research by expanding the sample and observation time. The policy implication for the government is the importance of supporting digital infrastructure development and HR training, while for businesses, this study recommends the importance of creating a culture of innovation and sustainable digital transformation.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the effect of digitalization on operational efficiency and business competitiveness in the era of the global economy. In this study, the analysis was conducted using quantitative methods involving a survey of companies that have implemented digital technology in their operations. The results show that digitalization has a significant influence on improving operational efficiency, with companies that adopt digital technology experiencing reduced operational costs, accelerated business processes, and increased productivity. In addition, digitalization is also proven to strengthen business competitiveness by providing greater access to global markets, increasing product innovation, and strengthening customer relationships. Despite challenges in technology implementation, such as high costs and limited digital skills, the findings of this study show that the benefits of digitalization are far greater. This research contributes to the understanding of how digitalization can improve business efficiency and competitiveness in an increasingly competitive and connected global market. The practical implication of the findings is the importance of companies to adopt digital technology and improve employees' digital skills to remain competitive in the digital era. This study also suggests further research to explore the external factors that drive digitalization.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a major driver in the development of business models in the modern era, demanding efficiency and sustainability in the management of information technology systems. This research aims to examine the role of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) as a strategic approach in the development of efficient and sustainable digital businesses. Using a library research method and a descriptive qualitative approach and metaanalysis, data was collected from reputable scientific journals, academic books, and other reliable sources. The findings show that OOP principles such as encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism, and abstraction contribute significantly to the flexibility, scalability, and sustainability of software systems. Case studies of OOP implementations in global digital businesses also corroborate that this paradigm supports operational efficiency and continuous innovation. However, challenges such as design complexity and limited human resources are still obstacles that require strategic solutions, including technical training and careful software architecture planning. This research recommends the integration of OOP in the long-term planning of digital businesses and the need for further empirical studies to quantitatively measure its impact. The implications of these findings are important for developers, academics, and business people who want to build adaptive, efficient, and sustainable digital systems amid technological disruption.
