Abstract

Religious behavior becomes an important point that is very fundamental to be owned by every student, because this is closely related to the attitudes and behaviors that will be demonstrated by students in their daily life. Therefore, the schools should be able to present good behavior and religious attitudes to students. Religious behavior coaching is the process of behavior formation, morality and character for students to stock the present and future life. Behavior coaching of students into the work domain of the student management. The school must manage the students well to create students that are in accordance with what has been expected and aspired. In this study using a descriptive qualitative approach, describe the student management in the religious behavior coaching in MTs Al-Burhan Watulimo. With the findings consists of students orientation activities, the worship habituation, reading Al-Quran, scientific and Islamic studies, and guidance of discipline and character.يصبح السلوك الديني نقطة مهمة جدا أن تكون مملوكة من قبل كل المتعلم، لأن هذا يرتبط ارتباطا وثيقا المواقف والسلوكيات التي سيتم إثباتها من قبل المتعلمين في حياتهم اليومية. لذلك، ينبغي أن تكون المدرسة قادرة على تقديم السلوك الجيد والمواقف الدينية للمتعلمين. توجيه السلوك الديني هو عملية تشكيل السلوك والأخلاق والطابع للمتعلمين لتخزن الحياة الحالية والمستقبلية. توجيه سلوك المتعلمين في مجال عمل إدارة المتعلمين. يجب على المدرسة إدارة المتعلمين بشكل جيد لخلق المتعلمين التي تتوافق مع ما كان متوقعا وتطلعا. في هذه الدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي النوعي، وصف إدارة المتعلمين في السلوك الديني في المدرسة الثناوية "البرهان" واتوليمو. مع النتائج التى تتكون من أنشطة توجيه المتعلمين، والعبادة التعود، وتعزيز قراءة القرآن، ودراسة علمية والإسلامية، وكذلك تدريب الانضباط والأخلاق.

Abstract

This article tried directing Islamic education can open with industri revolution 4.0 and with result that Islamic education and Islamic education does not look traditional and is capable to education neo-modernis. An education that balance between al-Quran, as-Sunnah, ulama holy books and technology so that Islamic education not experience disharmony between technology with education and Islamic education will be a central education if can to process that materials. So that Islamic education will be result a smart student in knowledge and technology

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk pemberdayaan dengan memberikan fasilitasi kepada karang tarunana BG Generations Dusun Bugis Desa Bekare yang telah memiliki program lama yang belum terealisisi yaitu program jimpitan. Pengabdian dengan metode ABCD dapat meyakinkan kembali bahwa BG Generaitons dapat merealisasikan program jimpitan dan dapat menggugah semangat masyarakat untuk mendukung kegiatan tersebut. Kegiatan dalam pengebdian ini didasarkan pada metode penemuan apresiatif (appreciative inquiry) yang terdiri dari discovery, dream, design, dan destiny. Inti dari pengabdian ini adalah mendesain untuk merealisasikan program jimpitan, maka dilakukanlah kegiatan sosialisasi yang memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat terkait pentingnya program jimpitan dan memberikan pendampingan atau fasilitasi dengan berpartisipasi dalam penyusunan pengelola, pengumpulan dan pemasangan kaleng sebagai sarana pengumpulan dana jimpitan dan mendampingi menyiapkan pembukuan. Respon masyarakat sangat positif terhadap program jimpitan. This community service program aims to empower by providing facilitation to the BG Generations, which has an old program that has not been realized, namely the jimpitan program. The service with the ABCD method can reassure that BG Generaitons can realize the jimpitan program and can inspire the community to support these activities. This devotion activity is based on the appreciative inquiry method which consists of discovery, dream, design, and destiny. The essence of this service is to design to realize the jimpitan program, then socialization activities are carried out that provide knowledge to the community regarding the importance of the jimpitan program and provide assistance or facilitation by participating in the arrangement of managers, collecting and installing cans as a means of collecting funds and assisting in preparing bookkeeping. The community response was very positive to the jimpitan program.

Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam menjadikan setiap individu untuk menjadipribadi yang baik sesuai dengan nilai dan norma yang di tetapkan. Di era pandemic COVID-19ini terjadi penurunan kualitas pendidikan di berbagai bidang dan tingkatan karena banyaknyakendala permasalahan. Salah satu solusi untuk menjaga stabilitas proses pendidikan saat iniadalah dengan menerpakan sinergitas dari tripusat pendidikan yang meliputi lingkungankeluarga, lingkungan sekolah, dan lingkungan masyarakat. Ada beberapa kompetensi tersendiriyang harus dimiliki pada masing-masing unsur lingkungan pendidikan. artikel ini akanmembahas mengenai sinergitas tripusat pendidikan dalam rangka menjaga stabilisasipendidikan pada masa pandemic COVID-19.

Abstract

AbstractThis research departs from the empirical problem that undergraduate graduates contribute to the high number of unemployed in Indonesia. Among the causes is that the curriculum in higher education is more oriented towards achieving academic achievement. This research aims to explain the management of intracampus student organization activity programs in developing students' multiple intelligences abilities and measure the success of intracampus organizations in developing students' multiple intelligences abilities at IAIN Ponorogo. The research method uses a phenomenological approach and the type of research is qualitative. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research include: first, management of the multiple intelligences capability improvement program through the stages of planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring. Program planning is carried out at the beginning of the year through work meetings taking into account the results of the previous period's activity evaluation. Organization is carried out by delegating tasks and responsibilities to each division to prepare and carry out UKM activity programs in developing students' multiple intelligences. At the program implementation stage, the chairman moves the field coordinator, then down to the management and down to the members. Program supervision is carried out by the head of UKM and the supervisor of each UKM to ensure that all program activities run according to plan. Second, the UKMs that succeeded in achieving 85% of their members' activity were UKM Self-Defense and UKM Mapala Post. Then those who succeeded in changing the abilities of their members by 80% included UKM PSRM, UKM SEIYA, UKM UKI, UKM Martial Arts, UKM Sports, UKM LPM Al-Millah, and UKM KSR. Meanwhile, those who managed to get achievements in the competition for approximately three years were all UKM except UKM LPM Al-Millah, UKM Kopma, and UKM Bahasa.AbstrakPenelitian ini berangkat dari problem empiris bahwa lulusan sarjana menyumbang jumlah pengangguran yang tinggi di Indonesia. Diantara penyebabnya yaitu kurikulum di perguruan tinggi lebih berorientasi dalam pencapaian prestasi akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengelolaan program kegiatan organisasi kemahasiswaan intrakampus dalam mengembangkan kemampuan multiple intelligences mahasiswa dan mengukur keberhasilan organisasi intrakampus dalam mengembangkan kemampuan multiple intelligences mahasiswa di IAIN Ponorogo. Perencanaan program dilakukan di awal tahun melalui rapat kerja dengan mempertimbangkan hasil evaluasi kegiatan periode sebelumnya. Pengorganisasian dilakukan dengan mendelegasikan tugas dan tanggung jawab kepada setiap devisi untuk menyusun dan menjalankan program kegiatan UKM dalam pengembangan multiple intelligences mahasiswa. Pada tahap pelaksanaan program, ketua menggerakkan koordinator bidang, kemudian turun ke pengurus dan turun sampai ke anggota. Pengawasan program dilakukan oleh ketua UKM dan pembina setiap UKM untuk memastikan semua program kegiatan berjalan sesuai perencanaan. Kedua, UKM yang berhasil mencapai 85% menjaga keaktifan anggotanya adalah UKM Bela Diri dan UKM Mapala Pasca. Kemudian yang berhasil mengubah kemampuan anggotanya sebesar 80% diantaranya adalah UKM PSRM, UKM SEIYA, UKM UKI, UKM Bela Diri, UKM Olahraga, UKM LPM Al-Millah, dan UKM KSR. Sedangkan yang berhasil mendapatkan prestasi dalam kompetisi perlombaan selama kurang lebih tiga ini adalah semua UKM kecuali UKM LPM Al-Millah, UKM Kopma, dan UKM Bahasa.

Abstract

Socio-cultural developments and changes indirectly affect children's development and education. This situation affects children, who are basically looking for someone who can become their philosophy of life, making it difficult for families to fulfill their obligations to educate their children. Society has a great influence on the ongoing activities related to education, and family education is the earliest educational institution in human civilization. Before knowing formal education, the position and role of the family in human life is very important, because it is the most basic. the most active and widespread in history. No age limit (covers multiple age groups), no time limit, anytime, anywhere. The purpose of this study was to describe the role of the family in education in public relations management. This study was conducted using a qualitative method, in which appropriate multi-reference studies were used, and then comparisons were made. The family, school and community environment is the center of education, but of the three, the family environment has the greatest influence on children's development. The result of this research is that this family education is basic education, because children get the first education in this family. In addition, family education has a great impact on children's lives, especially on children's psychological growth and development, as well as on social and religious values. Abstract

Assessment is an activity or process of collecting and processing information so that student learning outcomes can be measured and reviewed. Management of student assessment has standards that must be met by teachers or educators so that the assessment results are objective to measure the level of development and achievement of learning. MA Ma'arif Balong applies standards for managing student assessment with an assessment model that is expected to improve the quality and quality of education. This study was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method, because this study was conducted directly and requires real objects to search for, find and select new knowledge based on several structured theories and principles that are carried out seriously. The purpose of this study is to describe the management model, techniques and factors that influence the assessment. Management of assessment at MA Ma'arif Balong is carried out according to educational assessment standards that are sourced from government regulations on student assessment which are developed and adjusted to the needs of the madrasah. The student assessment model at MA Ma'arif Balong uses authentic assessment, daily test assessment, mid-semester assessment, and final semester assessment. The student assessment technique uses attitude assessment, knowledge assessment and skills assessment. The management of student assessment at MA Ma'arif Balong is influenced by two factors, namely factors from within the test which include test directions or instructions, choice of words on the test instrument, level of test difficulty, inappropriate time and number of questions, and factors from students which consist of the level of student motivation and differences in learning and understanding test.

Abstract

Desa Sidomulyo merupakan desa penghasil susu sapi terbesar di Kecamatan Pagerwojo Kabupaten Tulungagung yang mayoritas penduduknya bermata pencaharian sebagai peternak sapi perah. Namun pada kenyataannya masyarakat disini belum memiliki inisiatif untuk menciptakan produk olahan berbahan dasar susu sapi dan hanya menjualnya dalam kondisi mentah hal ini belum mampu memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat khususnya para peternak sapi. Perlu adanya kerjasama di berbagai sektor dalam memberikan ide dan gagasan terkait produk olahan susu sapi ini, yang nantinya mampu memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi. Pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan ABCD, aset yang dikembangkan susu sapi. Pengabdian dilakukan melalui pelatihan pengolahan dan pembuatan produk olahan susu sapi. Kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan produk olahan susu ini diikuti secara antusias oleh para peserta yang terdiri dari perwakilan di berbagai sektor mulai dari pemerintahan, lembaga pendidikan, masyarakat, dan pemuda atau karang taruna. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan peserta pelatihan yang berkaitan dengan pengolahan susu, sehingga memberikan inovasi mengenai bagaimana cara mengolah susu yang memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi agar tidak hanya menjualnya dalam kondisi mentah saja yang diharapkan dapat menambah peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat.
