Abstract

This study investigates the mediating role of management talent practices in the relationship between knowledge sharing, employee engagement, and green innovation behavior within small and medium-sized enterprises. Drawing upon the resource-based view, this research posits that effective MTP serves as a crucial organizational resource, fostering a work environment conducive to KS, EE, and ultimately, GIB. SMEs, often facing resource constraints, must strategically leverage talent management to promote sustainable practices. This study examines how employee engagement and knowledge sharing related to environmental sustainability. The research explores how these factors collectively contribute to green innovation behavior, encompassing the development and implementation of environmentally friendly products, processes, and practices. By analyzing the mediating effect of MTP, this study aims to provide valuable insights for SME managers and policymakers seeking to promote a more sustainable and innovative business ecosystem. The findings contribute to the growing body of literature on sustainable change through effective talent management strategies, offering practical recommendations for fostering green innovation within resource-constrained environments.

Abstract

This article presents new directions in the treatment of depression, with particular emphasis on the development of the integrated approach in psychiatry. It discusses contemporary innovations in both psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy, including digital therapy, ketamine-assisted treatment, and the psychotherapeutic use of psychedelics. The article highlights the growing importance of holistic and humanistic approaches—especially Gestalt therapy—and the potential to combine technological advancements with the relational depth of traditional psychotherapy. The aim of the study is to establish a conceptual framework for understanding the future of mental health interventions in the context of increasing social and emotional complexity.

Abstract

This article develops a governance–culture–agency framework for the transition from linear to regenerative business models by reinterpreting the ordoliberal principle of Ordnungspolitik for the age of digital circularity. Using an integrative literature review and policy document analysis, the study synthesizes insights from ordoliberal political economy, circular economy scholarship, and management/organizational research. Results show that outcome-oriented, technology-neutral framework rules—eco-design and durability requirements, rights to repair and data-for-repair, eco-modulated extended producer responsibility, product passports, and data portability/interoperability—create the enabling conditions for decentralized innovation while safeguarding competition and the common good. Digital tools (AI, IoT, distributed ledgers) can materially enable circular strategies through sensing, prediction, and traceability, but only when embedded in transparent, auditable, and contestable infrastructures that mitigate rebound effects and platform lock-in. Organizational culture and human agency are decisive: leader mindsets, psychological resilience, incentive redesign, and learning routines translate policy signals and digital capabilities into practice. Higher education institutions accelerate diffusion through interdisciplinary curricula, living labs, and standard-setting support. The contribution is a theoretically grounded and actionable architecture that aligns institutional order, technological design, and human development to achieve durable, regenerative outcomes.
