Abstract

This study examines how Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) affects the perception of PT. PLN (Persero) in Medan City in early 2025. Secondary data collection (literature 2017–2025) and primary data through 60 respondents in the CSR beneficiary community by applying a quantitative approach. With data analysis carried out by applying multiple linear regression with SPSS V20. The findings from the validity and reliability tests indicate that the instrument is valid (R count is greater than R table 0.2542) and reliable (Cronbach Alpha is greater than 0.60). In addition, the multicollinearity and normality tests are met. Heteroscedasticity tests do not occur; however, the partial T test shows that economic responsibility (H1) and social responsibility (H2) do not have a significant impact on the company's image partially; on the contrary, the F test shows that economic responsibility and social responsibility have a positive and meaningful impact on the company's image simultaneously. Thus, PT. PLN (Persero) can be improved by implementing both responsibilities simultaneously.

Abstract

This study focuses on identifying the influence of financial literacy, risk tolerance, risk perception, and income on Islamic investment decisions of students in the city of Medan. The sample used amounted to 105 respondents. The data for this study were collected using a questionnaire distributed using purposive sampling technique. The statistical method used is the analysis of classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, validity and reliability, and hypothesis using the application in the form of SPSS Statistics 20 software into data processing. Referring to the results obtained from data analysis that financial literacy, risk tolerance, and risk perception have a significant influence on Islamic stock investment decisions. In contrast, income does not have a significant impact on Islamic stock investment decisions.

Abstract

ABSTRACTFormer customary community land can be transferred through sale, purchase, gift, or inheritance, with a mandatory registration process to be completed beforehand. The registration of these land transfers is vital to prevent disputes among the parties involved. This study aims to explore the mechanisms for registering the transfer of rights over former customary land and identify the challenges faced in this process. Employing a normative juridical method, the research examines Indonesian laws and regulations related to the registration of former customary land. The findings indicate that the registration process involves confirming the conversion of land status, which provides legal certainty and protection for landowners, other interested parties, and the government. This procedure is essential for realizing orderly land administration and avoiding potential conflicts.Keywords: Land; Transition; Registration.  ABSTRAKTanah bekas masyarakat adat dapat dialihan melalui jual beli, hibah, atau waris dengan wajib melakukan pendaftaran terlebih dahulu. Pendaftaran peralihan hak atas tanah bekas milik adat wajib dilakukan untuk menghindari perselisihan para pihak yang bersangkutan. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mekanisme pendaftaran peralihan hak atas tanah bekas adat dan penyelesaian terhadap hambatan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan mengkaji peraturan perundang-undangan pendaftaran peralihan tanah bekas adat di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendaftaran tanah bekas milik adat dilakukan melalui penegasan konversi, memberikan kepastian hukum dan perlindungan kepada pemilik hak atas tanah, pemangku kepentingan lainnya, dan pemerintah demi terwujudnya tertib administrasi pertanahan.Kata Kunci: Tanah Adat; Peralihan; Registrasi.
