Digitization of Ciasmara Village Certificate Letter Services through the “Si Urang” Application Abstract This community service project aims to simplify the administrative process for applying for official certificates in Ciasmara Village, Bogor Regency, through the digitalization of public services using a web-based application. The primary challenge faced by the community partner was that certificate services were still managed manually and through multiple administrative levels, resulting in processes that were neither efficient nor timely and lacked proper documentation. To address this issue, a web-based certificate service application called Si Urang was developed using the prototyping method, combined with a participatory approach during the training phase. The implementation process consisted of several stages, including requirements analysis, iterative prototype design and evaluation, system implementation, socialization, and user training. The training sessions were attended by 39 participants, comprising village administrators, neighborhood association (RT) heads, community association (RW) heads, and local residents. Evaluation results from workshop obtained through questionnaires indicated that more than 97% of the participants agreed or strongly agreed that the Si Urang application meets the needs of the residents of Ciasmara Village. The average SUS score of 75.5 indicates that the Si Urang application has a good level of usability In conclusion, the digitalization of certificate administration through a web-based application can support the implementation of appropriate technology that is aligned with the needs of rural communities.
