<![CDATA[Perkembangan Teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) atau kecerdasan buatan telah mengubah lanskap kehidupan manusia secara signifikan. Tidak dapat dipungkiri Teknologi AI telah memiliki peran sendiri dalam andil pada aktivitas manusia baik dari skala besar maupun skala kecil kehidupan manusia. Di balik perkembangan Teknologi AI ini muncul beberapa pertanyaan dan tantangan bagi kehidupan manusia baik berupa ancaman ataupun peluang. Tujuan penelitian atau perancangan tersebut adalah sebagai wadah untuk memberikan alternatif solusi dalam merancang wadah aktivitas yang khusus untuk pengguna yang membahas tentang dampak dan sebagai pusat perkembangan teknologi AI, tentunya perancangan secara infrastruktur berupa pusat edukasi atau biasa disebut leraning center. Metode perancangan yang digunakan juga dipilih berdasarkan kecocokan pemikiran logis dan rasional. Studi preseden yang akan menjadi metode perancangan leraning center tersebut. Pendekatan tematik yang intinya adalah sebagai solusi utama menghadapi permasalahan desain dalam objek perancangan tersebut. Smart Building selain sebagai representasi dari Teknologi AI itu sendiri, juga dapat menunjang proses pembelajaran dan menawarkan berbagai fasilitas yang menjadi solusi. Hasil dari penelitian atau perancangan tersebut berupa implementasi dari Konsep Smart Building pada bangunan learning center, mulai dari fasad bangunan, sistem bangunan, serta fasilitas fasilitas lain seperti audio visual dan fleksibilitas perabot. It is undeniable that AI technology has played its own role in human activities, on both large and small scales. Behind this technological advancement, several questions and challenges have emerged for humanity, presenting both threats and opportunities. The objective of this research or design is to provide an alternative solution for creating a dedicated activity hub for users to discuss the impacts of AI and to serve as a center for its technological development. This will take the form of an infrastructural design for an educational center, commonly known as a learning center. The design method was chosen based on its alignment with logical and rational thinking. A precedent study will be the primary method for designing this learning center. A thematic approach will serve as the core solution to address the design challenges of the project. The concept of a "Smart Building" was chosen not only to represent AI technology itself but also to support the learning process and offer various facilities that provide solutions. The outcome of this research or design is the implementation of the Smart Building concept within the learning center. This includes the building's facade, its systems, and other facilities such as audio-visual equipment and flexible furnishings.
