<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Tranformasi digital pada era industri 4.0 menuntut generasi muda khususnya generasi Z untuk memiliki keterampilan digital yang adaptif. Kota Malang, sebagai kota pendidikan dan pusat ekonomi kreatif, menghadapi tantangan kesenjangan keterampilan digital yang berdampak pada tingginya pengangguran usia produktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Youth Digital Hub sebagai ruang edukatif, kolaboratif dan produktif yang berfokus pada pengembangan keterampilan digital. Pendekatan arsitektur hijau diterapkan guna menciptakan bangunan yang ramah lingkungan dan berkelanjutan. Metode strukturalisme digunakan untuk menganalisis pola-pola dari penerapan desain arsitektur hijau pada bangunan preseden. Hasil rancangan mencakup penerapan green roof, pemaksimalan lansekap, sistem panen air hujan, pencahayaan alami, penghawaan alami dan pemanfaatan energi surya. Malang City, as an educational hub and center for the creative economy, faces the challenge of a digital skill gap that contributes to high unemployment among the productive age group. This study aims to design a Youth Digital Hub as an educational, collaborative and productive space focused on the development of digital competencies. A green architecture approaches applied to create an environmentally friendly and sustainable building. The structuralism method is used to analyze patterns from the application of green architectural design in precedent buildings. The design results include the implementation of green roof, landscape optimization, rainwater harvesting systems, natural lighting, natural ventilation and the use of solar energy.
