<![CDATA[Abstrak Penelitian ini berfokus pada isu utama terkait penerapan asas keadilan dalam penyusunan komponen pewarisan, khususnya dalam konteks warisan berbentuk kepemilikan saham. Komponen pewarisan yang dimaksud merujuk pada proporsi kepemilikan saham yang menjadi dasar peralihan hak serta mekanisme distribusi saham sebagai bagian dari harta warisan kepada para ahli waris. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode hukum normatif yang dikombinasikan dengan pendekatan konseptual, serta dianalisis melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pencairan saham yang diwariskan merupakan konsekuensi logis bagi ahli waris yang menerima hak tersebut. Dengan demikian, perbedaan nilai saham yang mungkin terjadi dalam proses pewarisan tidak dapat dianggap sebagai bentuk perlakuan tidak adil atau diskriminatif. Kata kunci : Kewarisan Islam, Keadilan, dan Kepemilikan Saham Abstract This study focuses on the central issue of applying the principle of justice in the formulation of inheritance components, particularly in the context of inheritance in the form of share ownership. The inheritance components in question refer to the proportion of share ownership that forms the basis for the transfer of rights and the mechanism for distributing shares as part of the estate to the heirs. This research adopts a normative legal method combined with a conceptual approach, and is analyzed through a qualitative perspective. The findings indicate that the liquidation of inherited shares is a logical consequence for the heirs who receive those rights. Therefore, any differences in the value of shares that may arise during the inheritance process should not be regarded as a form of unfair or discriminatory treatment.
