Abstract

ABSTRAK Quality control dilakukan untuk memastikan proses pengujian berjalan baik sehingga hasil laboratorium tetap presisi dan akurat. Pendahuluan: RS X sering melakukan pemeriksaan natrium, kalium, dan klorida dengan satu alat, sehingga perlu dipastikan alat tidak rusak agar hasil pemeriksaan tetap akurat dan presisi. Tujuan : Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis hasil quality control pemeriksaan elektrolit menggunakan grafik levey-jennings. Metode : Penelitian deskriptif cross-sectional ini menggunakan data sekunder kontrol harian elektrolit (Agustus 2024–Januari 2025) dari Laboratorium RS X dengan total sampling. Hasil : Hasil evaluasi quality control Agustus 2024-Januari 2025 menggunakan grafik Levey-Jennings pada level satu, level dua dan level tiga menunjukkan bahwa pemeriksaan natrium mengalami kesalahan 12s, 13s, 22s dan R4s. Pemeriksaan kalium mengalami keslaahan 12s, 13s dan 22s. Sedangkan pemeriksaan klorida mengalami kesalahan 12s, 13s, 22s, 41s dan 10x. Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan kesalahan acak yaitu 12s dan 13s serta kesalahan sistematik yaitu 22s, R4s, 41s dan 10x pada tiap parameter setiap bulannya. Evaluasi nilai presisi pemeriksaan elektrolit dinyatakan presisi. Evaluasi bias natrium tidak akurat kecuali Oktober yang akurat. Hasil bias kalium akurat. Sedangkan bias klorida semua tidak akurat. Kata Kunci: Quality Control, Elektrolit, Grafik Levey-Jennings ABSTRACT Quality control is performed to ensure that the testing process runs smoothly so that laboratory results remain precise and accurate. Introduction: X Hospital frequently conducts sodium, potassium, and chloride tests using a single device, so it is necessary to ensure that the device is not damaged in order to maintain accurate and precise test results. Objective: This study aims to analyze the results of electrolyte test quality control using a Levey-Jennings chart. Method: This descriptive cross-sectional study utilized secondary data from daily electrolyte quality control (August 2024–January 2025) from the Laboratory of RS X using total sampling. Results: The quality control evaluation results from August 2024 to January 2025 using the Levey-Jennings chart at levels one, two, and three showed that sodium testing had errors of 12s, 13s, 22s and R4s. Potassium tests had errors of 12s, 13s and 22s. Chloride tests had errors of 12s, 13s, 22s, 41s and 10x. Conclusion: Based on the research results, random errors of 12s, 13s and systematic errors of 22s, R4s, 41s and 10x were found in each parameter every month. The precision evaluation of the electrolyte tests was deemed precise. The sodium bias evaluation was inaccurate except for October, which was accurate. The potassium bias results were accurate.
