Abstract

The administration of correspondence is an important element in the governance of government organizations, but its manual management often causes various problems such as delays in distribution, difficulty in searching for archives, and lack of transparency. This research aims to design and develop digital information applications for online mail administration management as a solution to increase productivity, speed, and accuracy in the process of handling official documents within the Legal Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Southeast Sulawesi Province. The development method applied is Agile with the Scrum framework approach. The application was built using the PHP programming language based on the Laravel framework. The testing process is carried out using the black box testing method to ensure that each feature in the application functions as expected. The development results show that this application is able to handle incoming and outgoing mail directly, perform the disposition process, search for archives, and manage users efficiently. The system is also considered valid based on testing basic functions, interface, security, and navigation. Thus, this information system can be a digital solution that supports the improvement of efficiency and transparency of correspondence administration in the government environment.

Abstract

Konflik peran terjadi saat munculnya peran-peran yang saling bertentangan yang harus dilakukan oleh individu sebagai anggota dalam sebuah organisasi. Hal itu mengakibatkan individu mengalami konflik peran sehingga tidak dapat membuat keputusan yang tepat mengenai bagaimana peran-peran tersebut akan dilakukan dengan baik sehingga bisa melihat antara time-based conflict, strain-based conflict, behavior-based conflict dengan komitmen organisasi pada bidan . Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel 159 responden. Metode analisis data ini menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan Time-Based conflict dengan komitmen organisasi dengan p=0,606. Tidak ada hubungan antara Strain-Based conflict dengan komitmen organisasi dengan nilai p value=0,606. Tidak ada hubungan antara Behaviour-based conflict dengan komitmen oorganisasi pada bidan di puskesmas Kota Makassar dengan nilai p value= 0,619. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini yang telah dilakukan di Puskesmas Kota Makassar bahwa Tidak ada hubungan antara time-based conflict, strain-based conflict, behavior-based conflict dengan komitmen organisasi pada bidan di kota Makassar.Saran dari peneliti yang akan datang, peneliti berharap hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai sumber data maupun acuan dalam melakukan penelitian selanjutnya agar penelitian ini dapat dilanjutkan dan dapat disempurnakan sehingga dapat memberikan manfaat kepada orang yang lebih banyak.

Abstract

E-learning is a digital technology-based learning media that can make learning more flexible, independent, creative, and innovative. Many types of e-learning are now available on various types of platforms, one of which is Google Scholar. Google Scholar is a digital media that is widely used by students to support their learning, especially students majoring in Indonesian Language and Literature. This is because students majoring in Indonesian Language and Literature always have learning and assignments in the form of scientific papers. Thus, students in this department need a lot of reference material to be able to compile scientific papers from reliable sources. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the use of Google Scholar-based e-learning digital media in supporting the learning of students majoring in Indonesian Language and Literature. The type of research conducted is descriptive qualitative research with data sources derived from interviews by 5 (one) informants of students majoring in Indonesian Language and Literature. The results of this study indicate that the use of digital e-learning media based on Google Scholar is effective in learning for students majoring in Indonesian Language and Literature because Google Scholar provides various sources of reliable and needed materials, makes it easy to write bibliographies that will be included in papers and articles, and also becomes a facilitator for students who do not have printed or physical books to find sources of materials for their paper and article writing assignments.
