Abstract

Term life insurance with double benefits is a type of life protection that provides covarage to the insured under two conditions, in the insured passes away within a specified term, or if the insured survives until the end of the insurance policy period. This type of insurance combines features of standard term life insurance and pure endowment insurance. The premium for this policy represents the cost determined by the insurance regulations to access the benefits. This research presents two case studies aimed at comparing premiums based on age. The first case involves a 45-year-old insured individual, while the second considers someone aged 50. The findings indicate that the younger the policyholder at the time of enrollment, the lower the premium tends to be. This is evident as the premium calculated for the first case is lower than that of the second case.
