Kata Kunci : Minat Investasi, Literasi Keuangan, Persepsi Imbal Hasil, Uang Saku   Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of financial literacy, perceptions of returns, and pocket money on the investment interest of students at the Faculty of Islamic Studies, Muhammadiyah University of Aceh. The research data collection technique was gathered through a list of questions/questionnaires. Sample in this study consisted of 100 students from FAI Unmuha. The data analysis technique used multiple linear analysis. The research results indicate that for the financial literacy variable, the result obtained is 1.920 < 1.984 or t count < t table, with a significance value of 0.05, which is 0.058 > 0.05, indicating that the financial literacy variable does not significantly affect investment interest. In the variable of return perception, it was found that 0.328 < 1.984 or t count < t tabel, with a significance value of 0.05, namely 0.744 > 0.05, indicating that the return perception variable does not have a significant effect on investment interest. In the pocket money variable, a t value of 8.219 was obtained > 1.984 or t count > t table, with a significance value of 0.05 which is 0.000 < 0.05 indicating that the pocket money variable significantly influences investment interest. The results of the simultaneous test show that the calculated F value is 30.449 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, which allows us to conclude that there is a significant influence of financial literacy, perceived returns, and pocket money on the investment interest of FAI Unmuha students. Abstract

The millennial generation holds a strategic role in the economy but is prone to consumptive behavior due to low financial literacy. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy on the consumption behavior of the millennial generation in Banda Aceh City, and to test the role of demographic factors (education, occupation, and income) as a moderating variable. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method on 100 respondents aged 28–43, selected through random sampling. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results indicate that financial literacy has a significant and positive influence on consumption behavior. Another finding is that demographic factors were unable to significantly moderate this relationship. However, simultaneously, all variables in the model significantly influence Consumption Behavior, contributing 92.8% of the variation. These findings underscore the importance of increasing financial literacy as a dominant strategy for promoting more rational consumption behavior among the millennial generation.
