Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang dinamika perubahan moda transportasi umum di Kota Semarang. Fokus permasalahan tentang perubahan dari moda beroda tiga, yaitu bemo digantikan oleh angkutan beroda empat, atau yang dinamakan Daihatsu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sejarah sosial kota dan memanfaatkan sumber primer berupa surat kabar. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa perubahan yang terjadi pada moda transportasi umum tidak hanya dipicu pada pertimbangan teknis dan regulatif, tetapi juga pada pengaruh modernisasi kota, tekanan ekonomi, dan perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat urban. Transportasi merupakan bagian vital dari struktur sosial dan ekonomi kota. Dalam konteks Semarang sebagai kota pelabuhan, ibukota provinsi, kota perdagangan, sekaligus kota yang memiliki sejarah panjang, menjadi penting untuk mendapatkan perhatian dalam historiografi perkotaan. Selain itu, kota ini juga perlu mendapatkan tempat di dalam sejarah transportasi perkotaan pada periode kontemporer. Moda transportasi umum bertumbuh, berkembang, dan berubah dari waktu ke waktu.AbtractThis article discusses the dynamics of changes in public transportation modes in the city of Semarang. The focus of the problem is the change from three-wheeled modes, namely bemo replaced by four-wheeled transportation, or what is called Daihatsu. This study uses a social history approach to the city and utilizes primary sources in the form of newspapers. The findings show that changes that occur in public transportation modes are not only triggered by technical and regulatory considerations, but also by the influence of urban modernization, economic pressures, and changes in the lifestyle of urban communities. Transportation is a vital part of the social and economic structure of the city. In the context of Semarang as a port city, provincial capital, trading city, and a city with a long history, it is important to get attention in urban historiography. In addition, this city also needs to get a place in the history of urban transportation in the contemporary period. Public transportation modes grow, develop, and change over time.Keywords : Take Action; Prevent; Tackle; Narcotics; Semarang

Abstract

Access to technology which continues to develop very rapidly means that the government, especially at the village government level, must start developing a service system that is oriented towards the use of digital technology. The purpose of this community service is technology-based village service education that can make it easier for the community to access village documents. The community service method applied is socialization and training targeting the village community and village officials. The results of the community service show that the community and village officials can use carrd.co as a medium for providing information regarding the requirements for making various civil population administration documents, such as civil population letters such as birth certificates, death certificates, KK (Family Cards), and so on. In addition, by using carrd.co which is integrated with the Randugunting Village Instagram, the community can also easily access the village government structure, village activities, village administration services, and others. With the comprehensive and sustainable use of digital technology, it is hoped that it can bring the village towards a digital and modern direction.
