Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Rakit, Banjarnegara dalam memanfaatkan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI) untuk pemasaran digital. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup penyampaian materi, praktik langsung, dan pendampingan intensif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman peserta terhadap strategi digital marketing berbasis AI, kemampuan membuat konten kreatif, dan pemanfaatan alat analisis data untuk meningkatkan kinerja usaha. Peningkatan penjualan, interaksi pelanggan, dan kepuasan peserta juga tercatat sebagai indikator keberhasilan program. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah awal dalam mempercepat transformasi digital UMKM serta mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal yang berkelanjutan. Abstract This community service program aimed to enhance the understanding and skills of MSMEs in Rakit Subdistrict, Banjarnegara, in utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) for digital marketing. The implementation methods included material presentation, hands-on practice, and intensive mentoring. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in participants' understanding of AI-based digital marketing strategies, the ability to create creative content, and the utilization of data analysis tools to improve business performance. Increased sales, customer engagement, and participant satisfaction were also recorded as indicators of the program's success. This activity is expected to serve as a starting point to accelerate the digital transformation of MSMEs and support sustainable local economic growth. Abstract

Performance audit reports are an important instrument in assessing the effectiveness of resource management by government agencies. This article analyzes the results of the performance audit of long-term receivables management at the Government Goods/Services Procurement Policy Agency (LKPP) in 2023. The purpose of this study is to identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement in the receivables management process. Using a qualitative descriptive approach based on secondary data from the audit report of the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK), several major problems were found, including weaknesses in the information system, weak handling of problematic receivables, and inconsistencies in recording between units. The results of the analysis provide recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of long-term receivables management at LKPP
