Abstract

Empowerment of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Ambulu Village, Sumberasih Subdistrict, Probolinggo Regency, was conducted through direct assistance by the KKN 11 team from Universitas Panca Marga. This activity included the creation of visual promotional media such as banners, digitalization of business locations using Google Maps, and digital marketing training for MSME actors like tofu factories, laundry services, spice milling, and catering businesses. The results showed an increase in business visibility in the digital world, a rise in new customers, and growing motivation among MSME actors to manage their businesses independently. The main challenges identified were limited digital literacy and technological infrastructure, which require attention for program sustainability. This study provides an MSME empowerment model based on the integration of conventional promotional media and digitalization that can be replicated in other areas.

Abstract

Empowering farmers in Ketapang Village, Kademangan District, Probolinggo City, has become one of the areas with considerable agribusiness potential, both in terms of natural resources and labor. A lack of legal understanding weakens farmers' bargaining position when dealing with other business actors, while limited digital literacy hinders access to wider markets. This community service activity aims to empower farmers through education on trade law and training in sustainable agribusiness product marketing. The method used is Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), which actively involves farmers in problem identification, training, mentoring, and evaluation. The results of the activity show a significant increase in farmers' understanding of trade law, farm management skills, and digital and sustainable marketing strategies. Thus, this activity contributes to the creation of a fair, competitive, and sustainable agricultural system, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
