Abstract

The confidentiality of data is a highly valuable asset and must be safeguarded from unauthorized parties. This is especially crucial for confidential document data. If important document data goes missing and is misused by irresponsible individuals, it can cause harm to the party that possesses the data. Therefore, research is conducted with the aim of creating a system that can secure data by encrypting and decrypting document data in file formats (PDF, DOC, XLS, and TXTusing the AES 128-bit encryption and decryption method. The result of this research will produce encrypted Document Files in the form of ciphertext containing hexadecimal values. There is minimal change between the original file and the decrypted file, ensuring that securing document data with the AES 128-bit method is safe and reliable. Abstract

This research designs and implements a decision support system (DSS) for determining model students. The purpose is to overcome the fading enthusiasm for learning among students due to repetitive daily activities and to maximize the effectiveness of the educational program that has been designed. Used topsis method as the rank algorithm, this studied evaluates the extent to which students excel in both accepting and implementing the educational program. The results of the conducted analysis show that the system is capable of automatically determining rank based on the input data for each criterion. Based on the input data, the obtained results indicate that Nadia Roudhotul H achieves a score of 0.9971, followed by K Salma Aziza with a score of 0.9892. And the third rank is Yutnia Fatimah with a score of 0.9871. Keywords: DSS, Model Students, TOPSIS.

Abstract

The Student Council (Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah or OSIS) is an organization present in schools in Indonesia, starting from Junior High School (SMP) to Senior High School (SMA). The current selection process for the OSIS president candidate at Bintang Sembilan Vocational High School is still manual and involved several selection stages. The AHP method in this decision support system helps reduce subjectivity and improve accuracy in the selection process of OSIS president candidates at Bintang Sembilan Vocational High School. The AHP method also aims to assist in choosing the best candidate based on predetermined criteria. The research results have produced a web-based application that provides accurate final calculation results or rankings. The consistency ratio generated by the system is 0.097, indicating that the calculations performed are acceptable because the level of validity is sufficiently consistent. Based on the AHP method calculation results, candidates who meet the expected criteria have been identified. Kholik Muzaki obtained a score of 0.359116, Isrohin obtained a score of 0.278901, Miftahur Rozaq obtained a score of 0.17243, Riski Tri Amelia obtained a score of 0.120182, and Fitri Noviana obtained a score of 0.0693724. Abstract

This research explores the use of Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) algorithm to optimize package delivery routes in the courier industry. With the increasing popularity of online shopping, delivery efficiency is becoming increasingly crucial. The ACO algorithm was chosen for its ability to solve the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) by finding the shortest route connecting multiple points. The research data was collected through interviews with couriers and analysis of the delivery route, which includes the coordinates of the package recipient to calculate the distance between points using MapBox. The results showed that the ACO algorithm was able to generate routes with shorter total distances compared to conventional methods. However, implementation in the field requires consideration of other factors such as the availability of package recipients, delivery demand at certain hours, and variations in delivery locations. This finding underscores the importance of considering various additional factors for the effective implementation of this method. The implementation of a web-based system that records the coordinates of the recipient and suggests efficient paths is proposed to improve delivery efficiency. Abstract

The development of modern technology plays a crucial role in enhancing efficiency and societal well-being. The demand for efficient and energy-saving automatic tools is increasing, both in industry and households. Plant growth heavily depends on environmental parameters such as temperature and soil moisture, which must align with the plant's needs. In Lamongrejo Village, tobacco farmers still use manual irrigation methods, which are time-consuming, labor-intensive, and inefficient in water usage, thus decreasing the interest of young generations in agriculture. This research aims to design and test an IoT (Internet of Things)-based automatic plant irrigation system using the fuzzy Mamdani method. This system employs soil moisture and temperature sensors to monitor soil conditions in real-time, which are then processed using the fuzzy Mamdani method to regulate the water volume. The research findings indicate that the soil moisture sensor and DHT-11 function effectively, categorizing soil conditions into very good, good, poor, and bad, and automatically adjusting the irrigation volume accordingly. Irrigation is scheduled automatically every day at 3:00 PM with the help of an RTC module. Using this system makes it possible to increase irrigation efficiency, conserve resources, and attract the interest of young generations in agriculture. Abstract

Efficient and centralized management of wireless networks is a primary requirement in modern network infrastructure, especially in large-scale organizations. MikroTik RouterOS provides a Controlled Access Point System Manager (CAPsMAN) feature that enables centralization of wireless access point settings, thereby reducing the complexity of individual device management. This research aims to optimize wireless network management using CAPsMAN on MikroTik RouterOS. Research methods include network requirements analysis, device configuration, CAPsMAN implementation, and network performance evaluation based on throughput, latency and connection stability parameters. The results show that the use of CAPsMAN significantly improves network management efficiency by making it easier to set network parameters such as SSID, security, and bandwidth allocation. Additionally, this implementation reduces configuration time by up to 40% compared to manual methods. Testing also showed network stability improvements of up to 20% in an environment with 35 access points. This research provides a practical contribution in utilizing CAPsMAN features to improve the management of complex wireless networks. This implementation is especially relevant for educational institutions, companies, and other work environments that require a reliable and easy-to-manage network infrastructure. It is hoped that this research will become a reference for network administrators in adopting similar technology to face the challenges in managing wireless networks that continue to develop.
