This study aims to analyze the supporting factors for the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process at MI Tarbiyatul Arifin, focusing on the role of teachers, curriculum implementation, and the availability of facilities and infrastructure. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that professional and competent teachers are able to create a conducive classroom atmosphere and enhance students' learning motivation. The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, integrated with Islamic values, is running well, although there are still challenges in teacher training and the availability of teaching aids. Basic facilities such as classrooms and libraries are adequate, but supporting facilities like laboratories still need improvement. Community support, especially from parents, also plays an important role in creating a conducive learning environment. This study recommends improving teacher training, optimizing facilities and infrastructure, and strengthening collaboration between schools and the community to support the effectiveness of learning in madrasahs.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor pendukung efektivitas proses belajar mengajar di MI Tarbiyatul Arifin, dengan fokus pada peran guru, implementasi kurikulum, dan ketersediaan sarana prasarana. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru yang profesional dan kompeten mampu menciptakan suasana kelas yang kondusif dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka yang terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai keislaman berjalan cukup baik, meskipun masih terdapat tantangan dalam pelatihan guru dan keterbatasan alat peraga. Ketersediaan sarana prasarana dasar seperti ruang kelas dan perpustakaan sudah memadai, namun fasilitas pendukung seperti laboratorium masih perlu ditingkatkan. Dukungan masyarakat, khususnya orang tua, juga berperan penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan pelatihan guru, optimalisasi sarana prasarana, serta penguatan kolaborasi antara sekolah dan masyarakat untuk mendukung efektivitas pembelajaran di madrasah.
