Abstract

Currently we are in an era of quality, every consumer or customer of both goods and services expect quality. Institutions that rely on service quality, people will be increasingly in demand as customers. Instead institutionthat ignores its customers quality service will be abandoned. Customer education is always to be aware of the needs and expectations include the students and their parents who feel the direct impact of education services. One indicator of the low quality of education is the low level of trust and the level of customer satisfaction (learners and their parents) toeducational services. The low quality of educational services to customers often happens because the pengalola institutions ignore the universal values that the values of Islam. Now it’s time especially educational institutions of Islamic education institutions to review their Islamic values and implement them in improving the quality of service to its customers, in order to remain prosperous Islamic educational institutions and competitive in the global  competition intensifis.Keywords: Islamic Values, Quality Service, Customer Education

Abstract

Learning activities to develop the character of responsibility during the COVID-19 pandemic have created difficulties for teachers as teaching guides and students as learning implementers. Teachers and students’ problems appropriately and wisely help shape satisfying forms of responsibility character in education. This paper aims to describe student responsibility behaviour in learning and analyze the roles of teachers during the learning process. This paper-based is on data collected from open questionnaires to 58 senior high schools in Manado North Sulawesi, Pasirian East Java, and Malang East Java. Data collection through interviews with seven teachers and two school principals. The data were analyzed using theme analysis techniques and reflective thinking. The results showed that responsive and proportionate teachers in delivering learning have succeeded in developing responsible behaviours towards students. Selection of the suitable learning model and positive school support has become a determinant of success for the learning process of student responsibility. This paper suggests the need for a more in-depth data collection method to understand cases comprehensively.

Abstract

The existence of a study program can be part of the solution to problems faced by community members/institutions related to efforts to provide services /guidance/assistance to community members/institutions that are directly related to the scientific development of study programs (1) strengthening the scientific fields of lecturers, students and postgraduate students at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang who are multi/inter/transdisciplinary; (2) strengthen the position of study programs in developing education and learning programs based on research for the development of education/non-education in Indonesia. In this study using a participatory action research approach aimed at improving the quality of education with the Educational Institution Empowerment Management Program at the Muslimat Khodijah I Kindergarten, Gondang Pace Nganjuk which aims to determine the increase in the quality of education after empowering educational institutions.. After this research was carried out, the results were obtained: The success of the collaborative recognition activity program for lecturers, students, and students does not only depend on the collaborative team of lecturers, students, and students but depends heavily on the cooperation of all parties involved. Empowerment management of educational institutions (services in Muslimat Khodijah I Kindergarten, Gondang Pace Nganjuk) is realized by participating in activities that are implemented in joint activities, namely Congregational participation, Congregational spiritual coaching, Compensation for orphans from congregations, Departure of Muslimat Khodijah I Kindergarten students, Gondang Pace Nganjuk.

Abstract

Keberhasilan sebuah institusi pendidikan salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh baik buruknya mutu pendidikan karena pendidikan memiliki peran sentral dalam membentuk karakter dan mempersiapkan generasi mendatang. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menghambat upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta (MIS) Nurul Haq Boroppao, Sinjai Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun analisis datanya dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hambatan-hambatan dalam peningkatan mutu Pendidikan di MIS Nurul Haq Boroppao berupa keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana, kurangnya pelibatan orang tua, dan tantangan dalam pengelolaan sekolah. Sehingga hal tersebut memerlukan peran berbagai elemen seperti manajemen sekolah, kualifikasi guru, dukungan orang tua, dan fasilitas pendidikan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan.

Abstract

The quality of education needs to be continually improved to enhance the quality of educational institutions and schools. Several strategies are required to enhance the quality of an institution, and the leadership of the school principal also plays a significant role. The research objective is to identify the causes and strategies for the quality of education at MI NW Nurul Haramain Narmada. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The research results indicate that there are obstacles and improvements made by MI NW Nurul Haramain. The obstacles faced include not all items in the EDM being adequately filled; there are several indicators that still have low values, which are noted by the school. Improvements at MI NW Nurul Haramain Narmada include activities such as memorization (tahfidz), calligraphy, futsal, math and science, music, Arabic, English, and Scouts. Therefore, it can be concluded that MI NW Nurul Haramain Narmada shows significant improvement.

Abstract

Salah satu bagian penting dari sistem pendidikan adalah akreditasi sekolah, yang digunakan untuk memastikan dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Akreditasi sekolah dasar (SD) memainkan peran penting dalam menetapkan standar kualitas pendidikan yang harus dipenuhi oleh sekolah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menganalisis peran akreditasi sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah dasar. Kajian ini diharapkan untuk mengidentifikasi efek akreditasi terhadap peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran, pengelolaan sekolah, dan kepuasan orang tua dan siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metodologi kualitatif yang mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan mencakup pengurangan data, penyampaian data, verifikasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, peran akreditasi sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di SDN 102 Aneka Marga terkonsentrasi pada evaluasi penyelenggaraan pendidikan berdasarkan delapan standar pendidikan. Selama proses akreditasi, sekolah berusaha untuk menunjukkan bahwa mereka melakukan pendidikan sesuai dengan standar. Tim akreditasi menilai standar isi, proses, sarana dan prasarana, pengelolaan, pembiayaan, standar penilaian, dan standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan. 2. Dampak pelaksanaan akreditasi sekolah terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di SDN 102 Aneka Marga adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Sekolah berusaha meningkatkan aktivitas lembaga pendidikan sesuai dengan 8 Standar Nasional Pendidikan yang direkomendasikan oleh Tim Akreditasi; 2) Sekolah melakukan perisapan dalam rangka menyambut kedatangan Tim Akreditasi untuk menjaga kualitas pendidikan; dan 3) Sekolah melakukan konsultasi melalui pemberian arahan kepada para guru dalam mengevaluasi hasil penilaian pada proses pembelajaran yang dianggap belum memadai oleh Tim Akreditasi

Abstract

Masalah humas dalam lingkup pondok pesantren adalah perannya yang dianggap kurang maksimal. Hakikatnya, humas hanya dijadikan sebagai formalitas saja sehingga peran informasi pondok pesantren tidak tersampaikan dengan efektif kepada masyarakat. Menyikapi hal ini, pondok pesantren Nurussalam Sidogede mengimplementasikan beberapa strategi yang optimal sebagai sumber informasi bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi optimalisasi manajemen humas sebagai sumber informasi di Pondok Pesantren Modern Nurussalam Sidogede. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis desain penelitian studi kasus. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melalui tiga kegiatan seperti wawancara mendalam, observasi non-partisipan, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data penelitian ini menerapkan tiga tahapan yaitu kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi optimalisasi manajemen humas sebagai sumber informasi pondok pesantren Modern Nurussalam Sidogede meliputi (1) pengembangan media sosial, (2) pembuatan kalender, (3) pembuatan brosur PPDB, (4) pendirian unit usaha, (5) pengembangan aplikasi pembayaran.

Abstract

Low reading ability in Sekolah Indonesia Makkah shows that educational efforts have not succeeded in increasing students' interest in reading towards knowledge, because currently their interest in reading is very minimal. Through the reading literacy program, it is hoped that students can improve their understanding of basic literacy. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the planning, implementation and results of the implementation of the literacy program as an effort to increase the reading interest of elementary school students at Sekolah Indonesia Makkah.This research applies a qualitative and quantitative approach.This type of research applies a qualitative observation study. This research is located at SD Sekolah Indonesia Makkah which is located in Mecca, Saudi Arabia and the subjects of this research are class II B students.Indata collection using techniques, interviews, observations, and documentation. Qualitative data analysis is done interactively and continuously until all data is collected completely. Consists of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.Based on the results of research that has been conducted by researchers regarding the title of optimizing literacy programs as an effort to increase reading interest in elementary school students of Sekolah Indonesia Makkah, it can be concluded that the planning, implementation of this literacy program has the results of implementing the literacy program as an effort to increase students' reading interest, namely increasing self-confidence, often practicing reading, practicing pronunciation of words, practicing proper intonation, practicing reading with a clear voice, enriching vocabulary, improving writing skills, and understanding the meaning of reading. And the school library becomes more alive because of the presence of students who take the time to read there so that students are formed who make reading a habit in learning activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and describe comprehensively the process of public relations planning in improving the school's image at SMAI Al-Hamidiyah Sungai Ambawang, the implementation of public relations activities in supporting the school's image, the evaluation of the public relations program as part of the image improvement strategy, and various efforts that have been made by the school in strengthening public relations. This study applies a qualitative approach with a case study research type. Data validity was carried out through the application of four main indicators, namely credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of the study indicate thatFirst All school administrators were involved in the public relations planning process at SMAI Al-Hamidiyah Sungai Ambawang. Planning was carried out systematically and in detail through an annual meeting that outlined the entire public relations program agenda. Second Public relations activities are carried out according to plan, where public relations has the main task of conveying information about all school activities to the community. Third Program evaluation refers to school service standards and is carried out routinely by internal and external parties Fourth Public relations improvement efforts are focused on increasing access to information for the public through updating existing media such as website school.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the supporting factors for the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process at MI Tarbiyatul Arifin, focusing on the role of teachers, curriculum implementation, and the availability of facilities and infrastructure. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that professional and competent teachers are able to create a conducive classroom atmosphere and enhance students' learning motivation. The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, integrated with Islamic values, is running well, although there are still challenges in teacher training and the availability of teaching aids. Basic facilities such as classrooms and libraries are adequate, but supporting facilities like laboratories still need improvement. Community support, especially from parents, also plays an important role in creating a conducive learning environment. This study recommends improving teacher training, optimizing facilities and infrastructure, and strengthening collaboration between schools and the community to support the effectiveness of learning in madrasahs.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor pendukung efektivitas proses belajar mengajar di MI Tarbiyatul Arifin, dengan fokus pada peran guru, implementasi kurikulum, dan ketersediaan sarana prasarana. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru yang profesional dan kompeten mampu menciptakan suasana kelas yang kondusif dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka yang terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai keislaman berjalan cukup baik, meskipun masih terdapat tantangan dalam pelatihan guru dan keterbatasan alat peraga. Ketersediaan sarana prasarana dasar seperti ruang kelas dan perpustakaan sudah memadai, namun fasilitas pendukung seperti laboratorium masih perlu ditingkatkan. Dukungan masyarakat, khususnya orang tua, juga berperan penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan pelatihan guru, optimalisasi sarana prasarana, serta penguatan kolaborasi antara sekolah dan masyarakat untuk mendukung efektivitas pembelajaran di madrasah.
