Abstract

Pendahuluan: Perguruan tinggi adalah institusi yang mempersiapkan sumber daya manusia melalui proses pembelajaran. Pembelajaran dengan cara yang tradisional seringkali kurang interaski antara guru dan murid sehingga pembelajaran membosankan. Fungsi bermain adalah untuk memfasilitasi pembelajaran,  permainan yang baik dapat menciptakan dan membuat sebuah konsep bahasan yang luas ke dalam bahasan yang lebih kecil sehingga lebih mudah untuk diserap. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manfaat penggunaan educational cards game dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesenangan belajar sistem musculoskeletal. Metode: Metode penelitian Quasy eksperimental. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 50 orang secara simple random sampling. Sampel dibagi kedalam 2 kelompok percobaan, kelompok 1 menggunakan teknik pengajaran standart (SAP), Kelompok 2 menggunakan Educational cards game. Hasil: Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan (p<0,01) antara pembelajaran menggunakan SAP/Modul dan Kartu pendidikan pada tingkat pengetahuan responden sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Responded menyatakan lebih senang dengan pembelajaran yang mengikutkan permainan kartu. Pembahasan: Kesenangan dalam pembelajaran tidak datang dengan sendirinya, tapi dipengaruhi oleh berbagai hal seperti media pembelajaran. Kesenangan dapat membantu siswa untuk menerima informasi dengan lebih baik.  Proses pembelajaran akan mudah diterima dan dipahami bila situasi hati kita senang. Sehingga belajar bukan lagi aktivitas yang harus disuruh terlebih dahulu, tetapi timbul kesadaran dari dirinya sendiri

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Pelaksanaan Profesi Ners sebagian besar berada di wialayah Rumah sakit, puskesmas ataupun setting klinik lainnya. Selama menjalani Profesi ners, mahasiswa akan dihadapkan pada lingkungan yang berbeda dengan apa yang mereka hadapi 4 tahun belakang. Seringkali mahasiswa mengalami stress ketika menjalani Profesi Ners. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi tingkat stress dan Mekanisme Koping Mahasiswa Praktek Profesi Ners. Metode.  Metode penelitian bersifat Cross Sectional. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 50 orang yang didapat secara purposive sampling dari seluruh mahasiswa Profesi Ners. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang kemudian dianalisa menggunakan analisa bivariat. Hasil. 92% responden mengalami stress sedang, stress karena pengajar merupakan stress terberat. 46% responden menggunakan Mekanisme Koping berat, dan 46% lainnya mengalami Mekanisme Koping tingkat sedang. Pembahasan. Praktek Profesi merupakan lingkungan yang baru bagi Mahasiswa karena sebelumnya mereka tidak pernah mengalami pengalaman praktek dirumah sakit selama dan seberat pada saat Profesi. Berbagai  kegiatan praktek mereka selalu harus mendapat persetujuan dan diawasi pembimbing mereka.  Mekanisme koping berbasis Agama merupakan jenis koping yang paling banyak digunakan oleh mahasiswa dimana mahasiswa berdoa dan melakukan kegiatan keAgamaan. Saran. Diperlukan perubahan mekanisme pengawasan Mahasiswa agar mahasiswa lebih merasa nyaman.

Abstract

Introduction: The occurrence of cardiac arrest outside the hospital is still an occurrence with frequent and even increasing frequency. While CPR volunteer assistance has been widely reported at low rates in various parts of the world (Abella, 2008). This requires the existence of other recommended methods and methods so that the level of RJP Volunteers' availability and Knowledge becomes more numerous. Teaching to an early age is recommended because the earlier they get to know the RJP management, the better their knowledge going forward. Children are fast and easy learners to be motivated. This then encourages researchers to examine alternative methods that can be used to increase the knowledge and number of CPR volunteers. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the benefits of using puzzle games to increase knowledge and willingness to become an RJP volunteer in Kedungpedaringan 1 Kepanjen elementary school students. Method: Quasy experimental research method. The sample used by 65 people by simple random sampling will be divided into 3 groups. Group 1 uses standard teaching techniques (SAP), Group 2 uses Puzzle games and group 3 uses a combination of SAP and Puzzle games. Results: There was a significant effect (p <0.01) between learning using SAP / Modules and Puzzle Games on the level of knowledge and the level of willingness of respondents before and after treatment. Responded stated that they prefer learning using Puzle game. Discussion: Puzle game is a form of educational game where its function is not only as a means of play but also a form of education for students. The function of the game is to create a pleasant atmosphere for students. With a pleasant atmosphere, students can receive and understand information conveyed more easily

Abstract

Abstract : Community's lack of understanding of evacuation during disasters is one of the things that affects the emergence of casualties during disasters. Yet with the knowledge of the threat of disasters that are around, this will be able to reduce the number of victims and minimize damage caused by disasters. Objectives, This study aims to explore the fun and motivation of disaster evacuation simulation participants in Tirtomarto 3 Elementary School Children . Method, The research method is descriptive exploratory. The sample used was 60 people who were obtained by simple random sampling from all grade 4A and 4B students and grade 5 at SDN Tirtomarto 03. Results. The gender frequency of the majority of respondents was women with a total of 35 respondents (58.4%). 60% of respondents said that they were very happy with this method, 35 percent said they were happy and only 1.6% (1 respondent) said they were not happy. 51% of respondents were highly motivated in participating in this evacuation simulation, and 35% said they were motivated. Discussion, One characteristic of simulation is playing a role, according to the concept. Contains the nature of play in doing simulations, so this is suitable for children where they can simultaneously learn and play. Motivation is an encouragement for someone to act or have the expected behavior. Motivation is important in the success of disaster management, especially for children. Suggestion, Deeper research is needed regarding the appropriate duration and type of learning that can explore the benefits of evacuation simulations optimallyKeyword : Learning Excitement, Learning Motivation, Simulation Abstrak : Ketidakpahaman masyarakat akan evakuasi saat bencana menjadi salah satu hal yang berpengaruh pada timbulnya korban jiwa saat terjadi bencana. Padahal dengan adanya pengetahuan mengenai ancaman bencana yang ada disekitar, hal ini akan dapat mengurangi jumlah korban jiwa  dan meminimalkan kerusakan akibat bencana. Penelitian ini berujuan untuk mengeksplorasi kesenangan dan motivasi dari peserta simulasi evakuasi bencana pada Anak SD Tirtomarto 3. Metode penelitian bersifat deskriptif eksploratif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 orang yang didapat secara simple random sampling dari seluruh siswa kelas 4A dan 4B dan kelas 5 di SDN Tirtomarto 03.  Frekuensi jenis kelamin responden mayoritas adalah  perempuan dengan jumlah 35 responden (58,4%). 60% responden menyatakan sangat senang dengan metode ini, 35 persen menyatakan senang dan hanya 1,6% (1 responden) yang menyatakan tidak senang. 51% responden sangat termotivasi dalam mengikuti  simulasi evakuasi ini, dan 35% mengatakan termotivasi. Salah satu ciri dari Simulasi adalah memainkan peran, sesuai dengan konsepnya. Terkandung sifat bermain dalam melakukan simulasi, sehingga hal ini cocok bagi anak-anak dimana mereka bisa sekaligus belajar dan bermain. Motivasi adalah sebuah dorongan agar seseorang bertindak atau memiliki perilaku yang diharapkan Motivasi menjadi hal penting dalam keberhasilan penanganan bencana terutama untuk anak-anak. Diperlukan penelitian yang lebih dalam mengenai durasi dan tipe pembelajaran yang sesuai yang dapat megeksplorasi manfaat simulasi evakuasi secara maksimal.Kata Kunci : Kesenangan belajar, Moivasi Belajar, Metode pembelajaran, Simulasi.

Abstract

Background. The popularity of e-cigarettes is skyrocketing, supported by the availability of various device technologies. Many people are interested in e-cigarettes because they are considered a tool to help those who are addicted to smoking. However, information about nicotine levels and other information is often inaccurate and far from the actual situation. Objectives. This study aim is to look the description of adolescents' perceptions of e-cigarettes and to determine the effectiveness of Focused Group Discussion in changing adolescents' perceptions. Methods. This study is a quantitative study with 117 respondents and a pre-post intervention questionnaire was conducted using 20 respondents who were e-cigarette/vape users. Respondents were given a questionnaire before the intervention in the form of health education using data from journals. Results. Before the intervention, adolescents in the study had a Fair perception of e-cigarettes/vaping (100%), while after the intervention all respondents were in a Good Perception (100%). Implication. There are many adolescents that do not have the correct perception of the dangers of e-cigarettes/vape. There needs to be creative health education that can reach adolescents widely to reduce the impact of the development of e-cigarette/vape use. Abstract

EWSS is a cumulative scoring system that standardizes the evaluation of the severity of acute illness based on the patient's vital signs. This study aims to compare the accuracy of determining triage in cases of respiratory emergencies in cases with low and high categories to find out the extent of understanding of triage by nursing students in these two categories of cases using the EWSS method. The research was carried out at 8 institutions providing undergraduate nursing education in the city and district of Malang. The sample for this research was 200 nursing students at undergraduate and professional levels. Of the 200 students, they were divided into 2 treatment groups, namely a student group of 100 respondents who were given respiratory emergency vignette cases in the low triage category (low risk) and a student group of 100 respondents who were given cases in the high triage category (emergency). The research results show the results of the Man Whitney test with a significance result of 0.91 so it can be concluded that there are no differences in the 2 treatment groups. Almost all respondents determined triage in the 2 triage groups correctly using the EWSS triage method. EWSS can be used independently by novice nurses in carrying out triage in various cases of respiratory emergencies
