Abstract

ABSTRAK. Pencahayaan alami di dalam gedung merupakan aspek penting yang mempengaruhi efisiensi energi dan kenyamanan penghuni. Kualitas pencahayaan alami di ruang kantor harus diperhatikan untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang nyaman bagi para pekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji beberapa alternatif desain pada kompenen Anidolic Light Pipe dengan menggunakan bantuan simulasi komputer radiance. Dari hasil simulasi radiance, desain komponen anidolic berupa saluran, kolektor, dan material berpengaruh terhadap kualitas distribusi pencahayaan alami pada ruang kerja Gedung Menara Bosowa Makassar. Untuk kategori modifikasi desain saluran, variabel reference / saluran anidolic dengan lebar 5 m menunjukkan presentasi kenaikan yang lebih besar dibandingkan variabel ALP-1 dengan lebar saluran 3 m dan variabel ALP-2 dengan lebar saluran 1 m. Untuk kategori modifikasi desain kolektor, variabel reference / saluran anidolic dengan sudut kolektor 40o menunjukkan presentasi kenaikan yang lebih besar dibandingkan variabel CL-1 dengan sudut kolektor 50o dan variabel CL-2 dengan sudut kolektor 60o. Untuk kategori modifikasi material, variabel RFL-2 dengan reflektansi material 98% menunjukkan presentasi kenaikan yang lebih besar dibandingkan variabel reference dengan reflektansi material 90% dan variabel RFL-1 dengan reflektansi material 94%.

Abstract

Urban architecture not only serves as a space for human activities but also represents the local identity that grows and develops over time. This research aims to identify and analyze the characteristics of urban architecture that reflect local values in Tanete Riaja District. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data was collected through field observations, visual documentation, and interviews with community leaders and relevant parties. The results show that architectural elements such as building forms, local materials, spatial layouts, and cultural symbols are closely connected to the history, traditions, and social life of the local community. The local identity in the urban architecture of Tanete Riaja is reflected in the continuity of cultural values that are preserved despite the process of modernization. This study is expected to contribute to the preservation of local identity in urban planning and development in the future.

Abstract

Labor productivity determines the success of the construction project schedule; however, in some projects, the actual productivity in the field differs from the SNI. This research analyzes labor productivity in wall architecture work in the Bank Indonesia West Papua Office Development project, compared to the 2016 and 2022 SNI AHSP. The purpose is to analyze worker productivity, its influencing factors, and compare field productivity with SNI 2016 and 2022 using the time study method, which is a standard measurement of time based on basic time observations to calculate productivity. As a result, the productivity of masonry was 98.64 m²/OH, wall plastering 58.18 m²/OH, and wall acian 42.51 m²/OH. Field productivity is higher than the 2016 SNI by 2.32 times (masonry), 3.12 times (plastering), and 2.93 times (acian), respectively. Factors affecting productivity include weather, material conditions, number of workers, work location, and labor experience.
