Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a web-based student score sorting system by applying a sorting algorithm to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of academic data processing. The research employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the Waterfall development model, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The system was developed using the PHP programming language and a MySQL database. The score sorting process was implemented by integrating a sorting algorithm into the system to automatically arrange student data based on specific criteria. The system successfully achieved 100% accuracy in sorting student scores and demonstrated stable time efficiency across various data sizes. Therefore, this system can assist teachers and schools in managing student score data quickly, accurately, and in a well-structured manner.

Abstract

The campus is a meeting place for various cultures due to the diverse backgrounds of its students. As a result, social interactions that can foster a sense of togetherness and mutual respect are necessary. This study focuses on the experiences of Papuan students at the State University of Medan (UNIMED), known as the Character Building University, particularly how they adapt and interact in the campus environment. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach involving in-depth interviews and observations to describe how Papuan students adapt, the initial problems they face, such as differences in dialect, communication style, and academic activity dynamics, as well as the elements that help them build good social relationships. The results of the study show that Papuan students are able to establish positive relationships with their environment, even though the initial adaptation process is rather difficult. They increase their confidence and communicate better with others through academic activities such as discussions, group work, and presentations. Overall, the experience of interaction on campus greatly helps Papuan students become more adaptive, inclusive, and in line with UNIMED's character building objectives.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis konsep ketahanan keluarga berbasis nilai-nilai Qur'ani serta implementasinya dalam menghadapi tantangan era digital. Keluarga saat ini menghadapi berbagai problematika, meliputi pergeseran nilai, meningkatnya angka perceraian, dan praktik pernikahan yang menyimpang dari syariat Islam. Melalui analisis jurnal nasional dan kajian hukum Islam kontemporer, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa nilai-nilai Qur'ani seperti sakinah, mawaddah, rahmah, keadilan, tanggung jawab, dan musyawarah merupakan pilar fundamental ketahanan keluarga. Implementasinya mencakup pemenuhan hak dan kewajiban suami istri, pendidikan akhlak dalam keluarga, pengelolaan konflik secara bijaksana, serta penguatan komunikasi yang efektif. Namun, tantangan era digital seperti individualisme, konsumerisme, kemudahan akses informasi negatif, serta praktik pernikahan bermasalah termasuk pernikahan dini, beda agama, nikah siri, dan nikah wisata secara signifikan menghambat internalisasi nilai-nilai tersebut. Penelitian ini mengimplikasikan perlunya penguatan edukasi pranikah berbasis nilai Qur'ani dan peningkatan peran lembaga keagamaan dalam bimbingan keluarga. Penelitian ini terbatas pada analisis literatur dan memerlukan kajian empiris lebih lanjut untuk memvalidasi temuan dalam konteks masyarakat yang beragam
