<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan standard operating procesure penyiapan kamar vacant di Hotel The Trans Resort Bali. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di Hotel The Trans Resort Bali dengan mengambil sample sebanyak 7 orang karyawan room attendant pada tanggal 30 Mei 2022. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 6 bulan, yakni, pada bulan Desember 2021-Juni 2022. Teknik analisis data yang diperoleh dari hasil observasi adalah dengan metode analisis data menggunakan uji nonparametik analisis binomial test dengan program SPSS pRelease 24, berdasarkan distribusi binomial dengan penetapan parameter probabilitas. Proposi yang dianggap sesuai dengan SOP yaitu ? 0.85 proporsi tes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa penerapan SOP penyiapan kamar vacant sudah sesuai dengan standar. Sehingg dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam penerapan standard operating procedure penyiapan kamar vacant di Hotel The Trans Resort Bali, Seminyak, tidak ada perbedaan yang nyata (p>0.05) antara proporsi observasi yang sesuai dengan SOP yaitu 0.78 dengan yang seharusnya ?0.85 dengan kategori sesuai standar. This study aims to determine the application of standard operating procedure for preparing vacant room’s at the Hotel The Trans Resort Bali, Seminyak. The population in this study were employees at The Trans Resort Bali Hotel by taking a sample of 7 room attendant employess on 30 May 2022. This research was conducted for 6 month, namely in December 2021-June 2022. The data analysis technique obtained from the observation is the data analysis test with the SPSS pRelease 24 Program, based on the binomial distribution with the determination of probability parameters. The proportion that is considered in accordance with the SOP is ?0.85 the proportion of the test. Based on the result of this study, it was found that the implementation of the SOP for vacant room preparation was in accordance with the standard. From this study it can be concluded that in the application of the standard operating procedure for preparing vacat rooms at The Trans Resort Bali, Seminyak, there is no significant difference (p>0.05) between the proportion of observation that are in accordance with the SOP, which is 0.78 and those that should be ?0.85 with the appropriate category standard.]]>
